It was my first day of class. I
was not sure if I wanted to take piano classes
classes, but I loved singing in choir.

Everyone said I could
do it. They loved my singing
My mom encouraged
me to join, "You will learn
different music styles."

"I know you are very sick!"
I whispered to her, "I will
think of you when I play."
She assured me,
"Follow your heart, and
play with charity for all."

Already going to one school
was hard work. Going there
early was my least favorite
thing. Hard work made me
tired, but I completed classes.

I learned to teach children
how to read. Yet, after
work, everywhere I went,
I hummed. I disturbed
people's peace. That is why
I knew I must study
classical piano.

"Will I be able to practice to learn to elegantly play piano?" I was

asking honest questions.

I was not a very young student, yet I was super creative and

dedicated.

The music school had children and adult students. It was wonderful to

learn instruments at any age. My school was perfect with classes for a

group or one person.

      On the first day of class, children and adults
zipped to instruments. Zip. Zip. Adults
rushed by to learn. Children were led. I hope I wore the correct loose
clothing.
      My experienced and slim teacher, Ms. Shape, looked like
a star with a wool purple suit. Was she going to give a concert, soon?
She carried a nylon briefcase with many colorful musical pieces.
      She warned me, "One day you will play a Beethoven piece, so
practice scales from low to high."
      As I left, I followed the area where more people were zipping by.
Now, I knew they were going to start class.
