On an ordinary Monday, Sally and her classmates were getting ready for their English test. As the teacher announced the rules for the examination,

and gestured for then to start, Sally was bursting with confidence. She was writing down all the answers smoothly until one question hit her hard. She was desperate for help. She broke into cold sweat which seemed like it was dripping down her spine. She eventually lost all her confidence because of one question.
She handed in the examination paper. Disappointed, she returned to her seat and sighed with dismay, knowing that she would not do well.
A few days later, Sally and her classmates got back their examination papers. Sally stood there on her seat, frozen with eyes opened as big as saucers. Her jaw dropped after seeing her marks.
From a top student to a failure. She couldn't unsee it. Suddenly she remembered how she had tortured the weak students who had failed. She pictured herself as them and realized that she was wrong and unfair to judge them based on their grades.
'They could have been under a lot of pressure like me!' thought Sally. She instantly felt an a sense of deep regret for how she had treated them. She then apologized to everyone that she had bullied. She finally understood why people disliked her and also understood the true meaning of hard work which is to study and be consistent in revising at home. Memorising doesn't help help in the long run as we all need to have a strong foundation in
understanding true knowledge.
From that day onwards, she started to tutor other weak students who failed instead bullying them. She also revised at home daily. For their next English examination, they were all ready. She reluctantly started the examination. Sally finally regained her confidence. Sally and her classmates handed in the examination paper when they were done. When her class received their examination paper a few days later, all of their results improved and no one in the class failed because of Sally's tutoring. Sally also managed to score full marks and she was humble about it. When their teacher asked them what was the cause of their improvement,
they all answered in unison while shouting, "Sally tutored us!"
The most shocking thing that happened to Sally was that she received an award for Humility an Courage! And what best was the takeaway that she managed to turn over a new leaf and learnt to be more accepting and considerate towards others.
