1. Cindarella
Oh listen Prince!, you are so brute!
with your shiny sword and cool suit
you chop heads off, no matter who
but love is kind, not chopping through
Oh Prince, your way is not just fair!
go and cheat another silly girl
I´d rather clean and mop all day
than be your bride and die that way
Mice and broom are better than kings
though my stepsisters adored swings
girls want love and not blood in fights
and be trembling in the wedding nights
I want a man who is kind and true
No one who acts like beasts in zoos
The ball was fun, the dress was fantasy
but take your throne, and head for your galaxy
Oh wicked Prince, but before you leave
in the name of the female family, I grieve
I hope I never see or hear you again
or I will send you out of your reign.

2. The little red riding hood
Marek and Matouš 9.B Czechia
Once, there was a girl.
Who had a pet squirel.
She was in the forest walking alone.
Then she saw something, behind a stone.
Right there a wolf she saw.
It was so big she dropped her jaw.
The wolf asked “where are you going”.
“I am going to my grandma, I know it’s boring”.
The wolf said “where does she live”.
“She lives under the big old cliff”.
Then the one who ran away was the wolf.
The little red riding hood thought something was off.
The little girl came to her grandma’s house.
It was so quiet, she didn’t even hear a mouse.
Then she came inside.
And saw something strange on the right side.
The wolf and her grandma with a lot of joy.
Her grandma was playing with the wolf like he was a toy.
They were friends all along.
And their friendship was really strong.
I hope that you’re a wolf lover.
Because you should never judge a book by its cover

3. TANGLED
This is the story of a young gentleman
and a girl who hit him with a pan.
One day, the boy, Eugene, desperately needed to hide,
then he found a tower and he climbed up in no time.
There he found a young girl who hit him with a pan
and tied him up with her long hair like a madman.
After, they went on adventures together
and bonded like they’ve known each other forever.
But one day, they had an argument and Eugene left,
he left Rapunzel all alone in this dangerous world to complete a quest.
Unfortunately, Rapunzel’s evil mother returned from her journeys
and imprisoned poor Rapunzel in the tower for enjoying and climbing trees.

Eugene began to get worried,
so he got on a horse and hurried.
He climbed into the tower as fast as he could
and there he saw Rapunzel tied up and a figure with a hood.
The figure hurt Eugene,
so much that he fell to his knees.
Rapunzel tried to save him, but it was too late,
he was gone, went to the pearly gate.
So what is the moral of the story?
Value your loved ones, because time is only temporary.

4. Three little pigs
Costi and Pavel 9.B Czechia
Three little pigs went out one day .
To build some home and find their way.
The first pig said I’ll build with straw.
It´s light and fast he felt no flaw .
The second pig used sticks so thin.
He said It´s strong , and I will win.
The third pig worked both day and night.
With bricks and stone – he made it right.
Then came a wolf with a hungry face.
He wanted pork from every place.
He went to straw and gave a blow.
The house flew down-It could not go.
Next he came to a house of sticks and wood.
The wolf said , now this one looks good.
He blew it down without a pause.
Those pigs ran off with loud applause.
They ran to pig three’s house of brick.
It stood so strong and so thick.
The wolf came to and gave a shout.
I'll blow this house until you ran out.
He huffed, he puffed he tried all day.
But the brick house won’t blow away.
I cannot win.
Did he cry?

No he turned around and said goodbye.
They danced and laughed, no fear, no doubt.
No wolf to chase them or throw them out.
Work hard, be smart and take your time
and you might end up with a rhyme.

7. A Father and the Beast
Leontýna, Veronika, Linda 9.C Czechia
In a castle dark, behind the thorn,
a fearsome beast was born.
He dreamed about love, a soft delight,
but not the maiden, dressed in white.
A Beauty came with eyes so wide,
yet Beast looked past her, at her guide.
An older father, so kind, so wise,
with gentle face and laughing eyes.
No golden hair, no quick pace,
could match the warmth upon his face.
The beast, confused, felt heartstrings tear,
for Beauty´s father held him there.
No spells could hide, no charms could break,
the tender dreams that beast would make.
And so he sighed, and so he stayed,
in silent love, that never swayed.
A Beauty went home, her promise done,
but Beast watched the older one.
And as he watched he couldn´t stand,
the older one alone in sand.
He reached and took his hand.
And their love story came to a happy end.

8. The little red riding hood
Slovakia Tomi 8th Grade
Once there was a wolf.
Who jumped across the roofs.
Looking for some food.
Only found little red riding hood.
He followed the little girl.
Followed her until a curve.
She turns, spots the wolf and asks.
"Are you following me,perhaps?"
The wolf thinks of some answers.
Soon he says "Just looking for some dancers"
She responds "I know you are lying"
The wolf stops replying.
She asks the question again.
The wolf has nothing to say against.
Then she pulls out something.
It was a crossbow not just nothing.
The wolf stays still, shaking in fear.
She shoots and death is near.

This illustration is made by Maialen Egaña Uscola
The arrow hits and the wolf falls to the ground.
She kneels down and looks around.
She skins the wolf and takes its fur.
With the fur she takes the curve.
The girl walks to a shack.
She knocks on the back.
She says "Granny open the door!"
The door opens ans she drops the fur on the floor.
Granny asks "dear, where did you find this?"
She answers "I hunted like a prince!"
The little girl asks "can you make a coat out of it?"
Granny says "of course dear, but it will take a bit."
She nods and waits.
After some days the coat awaits.

9. The Three Little Pigs – poetry form
(Written by Zoltán from Slovakia)
Once there was a wolf,
Who wanted some food.
He saw some good source of pork,
The wolf thought, this would be good for my paunch.
The wolf walked till the first pigs door,
Pig's house was made from straw.
The wolf wanted to eat the pig,
And shouted "LET ME IN!"
The wolf wasn't let in by the pig,
And was about to blow really big.
The cottage was blown away,
The piggy didn't have a chance to run away.
The wolf was still hungry,
He wanted to eat a pig of another country.
The wolf ran and walked,
Then he found a house which smelled like pork.

The wolf walked till the second pigs door,
Pig's house was made from wood.
The wolf wanted to eat the pig,
And shouted "LET ME IN!"
The wolf wasn't let in by the pig,
And was about to blow really big.
The cottage was blown away,
The piggy didn't have a chance to run away.
The wolf was still hungry,
He wanted to eat a pig of another country.
The wolf ran and walked,
Then he found a house which smelled like pork.
The house was built from bricks,
And not from sticks.
He didn't have power to blow,
And he was removed by the Red Riding Hood.

10. Tangled - Czechia Sofie, Daník, Lucka 9.C
Once upon a time,
There was a beautiful flower that made wine.
It was a magical drink,
When you drink it you don’t think.
Every night a witch used it on herself,
That’s why she stayed pretty as elf.
This night it wasn’t there.
“Someone stole it,” she wispered in cold air.
Our princess has it in her hair,
That’s why she was born, she was thinking sitting in her chair.
If i steal the princess,
I won’t have to worry no less.
Now the princess is mine
And again I look divine.
Few years passed,
But one day she asked.
“Can I go out?”
Witch refuses without a doubt.
One day a savor comes.
Let your hair down, he shouts, leaving no crumbs.
While he was climbing on her long hair,
He saw that she was rare,
but she was a fake,
Her face looking like a cake.
But it was too late,
Her wig started coming off and he recognized her wicked bait.
He fell down and died,
And that’s why you should never trust a plastic bride.

11. Three little pigs- CZ Tadeáš, Sam 9.C
There were three little pigs,
who were mother pig's kids.
Mother pig once said,
If you don't want to eat bread
You should go ahead.
Into the forest they went
But they didn't bring a tent.
A big bad wolf saw them
And wanted to eat ham.
They built their houses already,
but some of them were lazy and didn't study.
The youngest pig built his house out of straws,
but it had a lot of flaws.
The wolf saw it as a chance,
so he took on a stance.
The wolf started blowing,
and the house started falling.
The youngest pig was scared
Because the wolf was bad.
The wolf enjoyed the feast
Because he's a beast.
The two older pigs saw it
And they spilt
The middle pig ran deeper into the forest
But the wolf didn't let him rest.
The older pig ran to his mother
And said the wolf killed the others.
The mother took a gun
And then it begun.
The wolf was dead fast
But the two pigs didn't last .

12. Cindarella- Lekeitio
In your ball I was in a tremendous stress
with you and with my beautiful dress
Your choice with me was not a guess
but now I see that you are in a mess
Oh Cindy you have lost your shoe
Oh prince you have no clue.
Oh Cindy your step sisters will die
and no wonder you may not cry
A lot of heads were chopped
all of them cleaned with the mop.
The evil Prince did not stop
heads with blood were dropped
Oh Prince, you are not gonna be a king,
because nobody will accept your ring
Oh Prince, we deserve a better king
and not a prince that may swing

This image is illustrated by: Niki, Slovakia
Oh wicked Prince, please stop
or my head will be chopped
Oh Prince, if I die, in my tomb,
a beautiful flower will bloom.
Oh Prince. I need to say bye
because tomorrow I will die
I had better die than cry
and this is not a white lie
Oh Prince, I will be your bride,
but please do not ever hide.
I know you have a good side
and a truly heart very wide
Oh fairy goodmother, this is a goodbye
just before the night I will die
you shall look up in the sky
and find where I lie
