Harris(2023) in the fifteen century ,Britain created colonies in North America, which later become the first states of the united states and early provinces of Canada. slaves from Africa were initially introduced to the American colonies in the sixteenth century. slaves were required to work on plantations in America South, where tobacco , sugar, rice and other cop were grown

Harris (2023) tobacco was very first plantation grow in the American Colonies. initially, the British settlers brought servants from England's, however, by the end of the 16th century, there were quite not many servants accessible, so they imported slaves from Africa Tobacco Plantations were small, the only needed 20 to 3o slaves

Sugar was formed in the Mediterranean countries of Europe for roughly seven hundred years until plantations were established in Brazil and the Caribbean islands and later in the American south. slaves were put to use these plantations (The South African History online,2019)
Rice and Cotton Plantations
Rice Plantation:
Harris (2023) rice plantations were huge and needed around thirty slaves to work on each plantation, they also produced greater profits because rice is more easily growth. the areas where rice was farmed were unhealthy for slaves since the government was wet, swampy and disease-ridden
Cotton Plantation:
Harris(2023) Cotton plantations were an increasingly common method to make a lot of money because of the high demand for cotton in Europe and cotton fiber in short period of time. While in America states like Taxes, Virginia and Alabama had large cotton plantations, slaves in other counties were often subjected to harsh conditions.

Reason for using slave Laboure:
.In the 1600ss, the country known as the United State of America was divided into the North and South. people in South had large plantations, thus they required many more Laboure's than those in North and white Americans in the south owned slaves, but those in the North did not. Later, the North world wage Civil war against the South, fueled part by the issue of slaver(University of South Wales,2020)
. The more crops the plantations produced, the more money the owner earned. the workers of plantations wanted workers who had no claim to any of the crop, ordinary workers may have reclaimed some land, which is why slave labor was do appealing to plantation owners.
. slaves were fed maize, pigs and other food, indicating that the did not receive adequate nourishment and were able to stay relatively healthy. even so fewer landowners and overseers cared about slaves, thus majority of them died as a result of excessive workload and severe punishments

How slaves were captured:
In the eras of the 15th and 16th centuries, European traders were involved in the slave trade. they had previously indicated enthusiasm for African nations and kingdoms such as Ghana and Mali due to their extensive trading networks. the primary techniques of enslave people differed by place and with time.
How slaves were sold:
European trades sized some Africans during raids the coast, but bought the majority of them from local African or European dealers. Most laves Africans were taken away infights or kidnapped, with some sold for debt or punishment the captives were matched to seaside, frequently for weeks or months while shackled together. slave ships arrived from Europe carrying commercial goods, including weapons and wines

How slaves were transported from West Africa:
Slaves from West Africa were carried in the Transatlantic Slaves Trade, which was extremely harsh and cruel. They were seized by slave trades and occasionally sold by local leaders. once captured they were jammed tightly into ships in terrible conditions. these ships were known as the Middle Passage. Slaves lived in cramped and unclean conditions, with little food , water or fresh air many people were sick and dies during the voyages as a result of disease, malnutrition or brutality by the crew. it was a painful and inhumane events that caused enormous misery for millions of people forced into slavery
