Microcontos: Criatividade e Bilinguismo em Prática

O microconto constitui uma excelente oportunidade para praticar a escrita criativa, motivo pelo qual os alunos portugueses foram desafiados a criar os seus próprios textos, exercitando simultaneamente as duas línguas e a sua imaginação. Alguns destes microcontos têm como ponto de partida experiências pessoais dos alunos, que foram transformadas e reinventadas, conforme solicitado. Esta atividade permitiu não só o desenvolvimento das competências linguísticas, mas também o estímulo à criatividade e à expressão individual.

Micro-stories: Creativity and Bilingualism in Practice

The micro-story is an excellent opportunity to practise creative writing, which is why the Portuguese students were challenged to create their own texts, simultaneously exercising both languages and their imagination. Some of these micro-stories are based on the students’ personal experiences, which were transformed and reinvented as requested. This activity not only fostered the development of language skills but also encouraged creativity and individual expression.

"Sofia e a Luta Contra o Bullying: Uma História de Coragem e Amizade"

Era uma vez, numa pequena cidade chamada Guimarães, uma menina chamada Sofia. Era uma rapariga gentil, inteligente e cheia de sonhos. Infelizmente, Sofia estava a passar por uma situação difícil na escola: um grupo de colegas começou a intimidá-la e a fazer comentários cruéis sobre a sua aparência e as suas capacidades.

Sofia sentia-se triste e sozinha, mas não deixou que o bullying a definisse. Decidiu que era altura de agir. Em vez de se esconder, procurou ajuda. Falou com os pais, com os professores e até com o diretor da escola. Todos a apoiaram e ajudaram-na a tomar medidas para resolver o problema.

Entretanto, Sofia encontrou conforto nos seus verdadeiros amigos, que a incentivaram a manter-se forte. Juntos, criaram uma campanha contra o bullying na escola, espalhando mensagens de amor, respeito e empatia.

Com o tempo, as atitudes começaram a mudar. O grupo que praticava bullying percebeu o erro das suas ações e pediu desculpa a Sofia. Aprenderam a importância de tratar os outros com bondade e respeito.

No final, Sofia superou o bullying e tornou-se uma voz ativa na luta contra esta forma de violência. Ensinou a todos a importância de ser simpático e a sua história inspirou muitos a fazer o mesmo.

Lembra-te: o bullying é um problema sério e nunca deve ser ignorado. Procura sempre ajudar e apoiar quem precisa. Juntos, podemos criar um ambiente seguro e acolhedor para todos.

Sofia and the Fight Against Bullying: A Story of Courage and Friendship

Once upon a time, in a small town called Guimarães, there lived a girl named Sofia. She was a kind, intelligent girl, full of dreams. Unfortunately, Sofia was going through a difficult time at school: a group of classmates had started to bully her and make cruel comments about her appearance and abilities.

Sofia felt sad and alone, but she did not let the bullying define her. She decided it was time to take action. Instead of hiding away, she sought help. She spoke to her parents, her teachers, and even the headteacher. They all supported her and helped her take steps to resolve the problem.

Meanwhile, Sofia found comfort in her true friends, who encouraged her to stay strong. Together, they started an anti-bullying campaign at school, spreading messages of love, respect, and empathy.

Over time, attitudes began to change. The group who had bullied her realized the error of their ways and apologized to Sofia. They learned the importance of treating others with kindness and respect.

In the end, Sofia overcame the bullying and became an active voice in the fight against this form of violence. She taught everyone the importance of being kind, and her story inspired many others to do the same.

Remember: bullying is a serious problem, and should never be ignored. Always try to help and support those in need. Together, we can create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.

"João e Miguel: Coragem para Vencer o Bullying"

Num belo dia ensolarado, João, como habitualmente, dirige-se a pé para a escola, que fica apenas a cinco minutos de casa. Ao chegar, cumprimenta o seu único e melhor amigo, Miguel. Ambos são rapazes introvertidos e, na escola, apenas desfrutam da companhia um do outro e dos seus telemóveis. Seguem juntos para a sala de aula, onde têm uma longa aula de Português.

Após as aulas, almoçam sempre na escola, mas este momento nem sempre é dos mais felizes. Durante o almoço, nunca conseguem estar em paz, pois a equipa de rugby, conhecida como "Os 8", faz troça do aspeto físico de ambos, deixando-os desconfortáveis e tristes. Infelizmente, este tipo de gozo tornou-se um hábito, impedindo-os de desfrutar do almoço tranquilamente.

Cansado desta situação, João, que sempre foi engenhoso, decide convidar Miguel para sua casa, para juntos elaborarem um plano para lidar com "Os 8". Depois de duas semanas de sofrimento, João leva Miguel para casa. Miguel, revoltado, só pensava em resolver o problema à força, mas João, apesar de também estar

zangado, idealizou um plano melhor, que envolvia a diretora e poderia trazer consequências positivas sem recorrer à violência. Discutiram o plano, e Miguel, controlando a raiva, acabou por concordar.

No dia seguinte, antes da hora de almoço, João e Miguel marcaram uma reunião urgente com a diretora, que, percebendo a gravidade da situação, não lhes recusou o pedido. Explicaram-lhe o quanto se sentiam desconfortáveis e imploraram pela sua ajuda. A diretora, sensibilizada, ajudou-os a organizar um plano quase infalível: João e Miguel iriam almoçar como sempre, mas, desta vez, a diretora estaria escondida na cantina a observar.

Durante o almoço, "Os 8" apareceram, gozando e atirando-lhes comida. A diretora, indignada com o que presenciou, interveio de imediato e chamou-os ao seu gabinete.

A partir desse dia, devido ao castigo severo imposto pela diretora, "Os 8" pediram desculpa ao João e ao Miguel e prometeram nunca mais os incomodar. Ninguém sabe ao certo qual foi o castigo, mas o que é certo é que resultou.

João and Miguel: Courage to Overcome Bullying

On a beautiful sunny day, João, as usual, walked to school, which was just five minutes from his house. Upon arrival, he greeted his only and best friend, Miguel. Both boys were introverted and, at school, only enjoyed each other’s company and their mobile phones. They went together to their classroom, where they had a long Portuguese lesson.

After lessons, they always had lunch at school, but this moment was not always the happiest. During lunch, they could never find peace, as the rugby team, known as “The 8”, would always mock their appearance, leaving them uncomfortable and sad. Unfortunately, this kind of teasing had become a habit, preventing them from enjoying their lunch in peace.

Tired of this situation, João, who was always resourceful, decided to invite Miguel to his house so they could come up with a plan to deal with “The 8”. After two 

weeks of suffering, João brought Miguel home. Miguel, furious, only thought about sorting the problem out with his fists, but João, although also angry, came up with a better plan, one that involved the headteacher and could bring positive consequences without resorting to violence. They discussed the plan, and Miguel, managing to control his anger, eventually agreed.

The next day, before lunchtime, João and Miguel arranged an urgent meeting with the headteacher, who, realizing the seriousness of the situation, did not refuse their request. They explained how uncomfortable they felt and pleaded for her help. The headteacher, moved by their story, helped them organize an almost foolproof plan: João and Miguel would go to lunch as usual, but this time, the headteacher would be hidden in the canteen, observing.

During lunch, “The 8” appeared, mocking and throwing food at them. The headteacher, outraged by what she witnessed, immediately intervened and called them to her office.

From that day onwards, due to the severe punishment imposed by the headteacher, “The 8” apologised to João and Miguel and promised never to bother them again. No one knows exactly what the punishment was, but whatever it was, it certainly worked.

Jorge e a Força do Diálogo

Jorge sempre foi um rapaz ingénuo e alvo frequente de “brincadeiras” de mau gosto, que o ridicularizavam e faziam dele motivo de piada. No entanto, ele não se deixava afetar. No fundo, sabia que, se se ofendesse, estaria apenas a dar aos agressores aquilo que eles queriam. Por isso, optava por ignorar e seguir em frente.

Contudo, um dia, a situação agravou-se. Jorge começou a ser ameaçado e insultado de forma gratuita e constante por um colega da escola, a quem chamaremos Bruno. Não foi uma nem duas vezes, mas sim dezenas de vezes. Sempre que via Jorge, Bruno insultava a sua mãe e ameaçava agredi-lo. Jorge, mantendo a calma, respondia apenas com um sorriso irónico e afastava-se.

Mas ser alvo de ameaças constantes, sem motivo, torna-se esgotante. Após realizar um trabalho escolar sobre o bullying, Jorge percebeu que aquela situação

não podia continuar. Nunca fora uma pessoa violenta; pelo contrário, era conhecido pela sua gentileza e pacifismo. Sabia que responder com agressividade só perpetuaria o ciclo de violência. Por isso, decidiu agir de forma sensata.

Jorge dirigiu-se à direção da escola e contou tudo à diretora, que o recebeu com compreensão e apoio. Depois desse momento, as ameaças cessaram. Mesmo quando se cruzava com Bruno na rua ou na escola, este já não o incomodava.

Esta experiência ensinou a Jorge — e a todos à sua volta — que os problemas não se resolvem com violência, mas sim com diálogo, coragem e respeito. Não devemos agir como primatas violentos, mas sim como seres humanos capazes de resolver conflitos de forma civilizada e construtiva.

Jorge and the Power of Dialogue

Jorge had always been a naïve boy and a frequent target of tasteless “jokes” that ridiculed him and made him the butt of others’ laughter. However, he did not let it affect him. Deep down, he knew that if he took offence, he would only be giving the bullies what they wanted. So, he chose to ignore them and move on.

One day, however, the situation escalated. Jorge began to be threatened and insulted gratuitously and constantly by a schoolmate, whom we’ll call Bruno. It didn’t just happen once or twice, but dozens of times. Every time he saw Jorge, Bruno would insult his mother and threaten to beat him up. Jorge, keeping calm, would simply respond with an ironic smile and walk away.

But being constantly threatened for no reason becomes exhausting. After doing a school project about bullying, Jorge realized that the situation couldn’t go on. He had never been a violent person; on the contrary, he was known for his kindness
