One step at a time, Mariam crept down the stairs, she was sweating trying not to wake up her family. sHE COULDN'T TELL HER SECRET TO ANYONE, EVEN HER FAMILY. SHE RUSHED SCARDELY TO THE MANSION TWO BLOCKS AWAY.

the trees were rustling; the river was rippling. it was a freezing night. Mariam checked everywhere to make sure they weren't there.

Mariam got her camera ready with her hands shaking, while the door slammed shut. What was that? Mariam thought to herself. As fast as she could, she ran back home sweating like a maniac. She stopped by a creepy mailbox to catch her breath. She safely returned home, hoping they hadn’t followed her. Next time, she will be ready for the disaster.
