Deep in the Bright Forest lived four great friends: Coco, the speedy rabbit; Tina, the wise turtle; Susi, the hopping squirrel; and Oli, the curious little bear. Every morning, they went out to play among the trees, under the blue sky and bright sun. It was their favorite time of day!

Introduction

One day, the sun was shining brighter than ever. Coco ran across the field, but her skin turned red. Tina walked slowly, but she felt very tired. Susi scratched herself nonstop.

Oli looked at them worriedly and said,

“Something’s not right! Why do we feel this way?”

The strong sun

From high in a tree, the wise Benito the Owl descended. With his round glasses and calm voice, he explained to them: “The sun is beautiful, but it can also damage our skin if we don't take care of ourselves.”

The little animals were very attentive. “So how do we take care of ourselves, Benito?” asked Oli.

The forest solution

Benito taught them four magic rules:

  1.Use sunscreen before going out to play.

 2.Seek shade when the sun is too strong.

 3.Wear a cap or hat to protect your head.

Don't play in direct sunlight for too long. The friends looked at each other and said, "Let's do it!"
