It was a cold morning on December 4th 1970, On the Beech craft Bonanza pilot Bruse Gernon had 2 passengers. His father and his
business partner.
They headed off
from the Andros in
the Bahamas up
north
to Florida.

They had to cross a deadly triangle known as the Bermuda Triangle known to have sank 2000 ships and
crash 200 Air crafts in the century. But Bruse had made this trip dozens of times. The trip usually took one and a half hour without and mysterious hiccups or accidents, but this time it was different, they would face very unusual circumstances.
Bruse took off and started
gaining altitude and at the
get to go strange things
started happening. At about 1000 feet he noticed a small cloud he noticed was growing. Not from the plane getting closer but it was getting bigger. Bruse had to fly through it and he came out the other end fine. Soon at 11,500 feet another cloud appeared and it was massive. Again Bruse had to fly through it.He concentrated and flew in it. At that moment it was as dark as night.

Bruse was starting to get worried. And then Boom. He saw flashes of light, just like
lightning. But these flashes were not lightning. They were too bright and lit up everything around him. Bruse kept flying for another 30 minutes. He then noticed that this was the same cloud he went through before but now the cloud was cylindrical and he was in the middle. It was about one mile wide and seemed endless . Bruse thought that he would never get out but a minute later he saw some light at the end of the tunnel.

He kept that yolk
straight ahead.He was
almost out of this
nightmare but all of the
sudden un-explainable
things started happening again. The walls of the tunnel started narrowing. It was closing. The navigational instruments were crazy and the compass was spinning by itself. All the electronics were malfunctioning. It was like something was
operating the plane.
All of Bruse's attempts
to take control failed.

Bruse kept flying through the tunnel determined and wanted to live to tell the tale. The tunnel
was narrowing smaller, wrapping like a vortex. Bruse was running out of time, he had to get out of this place fast. The next 20 seconds were the most intense of his life. Then he bursted out of this foggy trap. According to Bruse he felt weightless for 5 seconds, as the plane left the tunnel. Now the aircraft was in a grayish haze as the men took a sigh of relief. Bruse immediately contacted ground control and wanted then to determine his location.

But the dispatchers face was contorted with confusion. The air craft was not on any of the green screens. But then the dispatcher said that the aircraft was already in Miami airspace.Bruse
was utterly shocked by this information,it just didn't make any sense.Remember
the trip usually took 90
minutes but this time it took
47 and the air craft can top its
speed to 180 MPH.

Do the math and you will see that
this is physically impossible.But
when the cloud parted Bruse saw
that he was actually in Miami. The
plane landed safely and it was time to try and solve this mystery. So what happened on that flight. Bruse checked the fuel and was even more confused. It had not passed the amount it should have. Bruse couldn't be wrong as he was an experienced pilot and he was too familiar with this airspace. All the information showed that the plane somehow skipped half the journey. The man consulted several professors and experts but none could give an exact answer to what happened.Bruse made his own theory and also wrote a book on it.

In 1970, pilot Bruce Gernon flew into a strange tunnel of fog over the Bermuda Triangle—and came out 40 minutes ahead of time.
No extra fuel burned. No clear explanation.
Was it a glitch in time, or something far more mysterious.
