The New Girl

One day, Tracy and Annie went to school. A new girl sat at the

table in front of them. Annie was afraid to tell the girl she was

blocking her way of view the whole class. After class, Tracy and Annie 

went to make fun of the new girl. The new girl sarted crying. The 

teacher came. The teacher asked what was the problem. The new girl 

explained that Tracy and Annie were making fun of her. The teacher said 

to Tracy and Annie to not do that. It could really hurt someone's feelings. 

The next day, the new girl ignored Tracy and Annie. Annie felt bad. She 

made fun of her only because she blocked her in class. At recess, Annie 

went to say sorry to the new girl. The new girl said sorry too, for 

blocking Annie. Later, Annie said to Tracy that she should say sorry, too. 

Tracy said sorry. Soon, the girls became best friends.

Moral: Never make fun of someone for a small reason.

Changes are Hard

One day, Lyla went to school. "Hi, Lie-la!" said a girl. Lyla felt 

sad. Lyla didn't lie, and she didn't want to go to this new school, 

either. She wanted to go back to her old school, but it closed. 

When Lyla went to her locker, another girl bumped into her. "So 

sorry, um-" the girl said. "Lyla," Lyla said. "Oh, Lyla." she said. 

"I'm Savannah." said the girl. "Hi Savannah." Lyla said. "Are you 

new?" asked the girl. "Yes." Lyla said.

"So am I!" Savannah said, loudly. "Eew!" Savannah said. 

"What?" asked Lyla, worried something was wrong. "You have a 

nose peirce!" Savannah replied. "Oh, yeah!" Lyla laughed. Lyla 

knew she has a friend, and it was going to be fine.

Moral: Things could be good if you try them.
