This is crazy...If you've been..well living 

for the past year, you know what I'm 

talking about. What we knew as a 

fictional nightmare, became reality. And 

no one saw it coming, which made it 

worse..it was no warning, no support, no 

hiding..just disaster. They had no brain, 

so instead of them knocking on a door, 

they just knocked it down. They either 

trampled or ate anything that got in their 

way...and that was just the beginning...

I was sleeping at the time, with my 

girlfriend Kat. We woke up to shrieks, 

but we were so tired we didn't think 

too much of it as long as we were 

"safe." But I was hungry, so I got up 

and cooked some pizza rolls, and 

when I came back she was awake and 

watching the news. When I laid back 

down..the worse part happened..she 

ate like half of my plate! Didn't even 

ask...but then we found out the 

news...

Across the news in big bold letters was the 

phrase "EMERGENCY! EMERGENCY! 

FIND COVER, STAY HIDEN. AIM FOR 

THE HEAD!" Quickly we got up, confused. 

There was a live video feed of the camera 

men being eaten..we couldn't believe it. But 

i boarded up the door while she covered 

and boarded the windows. We called our 

neighbors and family, almost no one 

answered..with all the depressing thoughts 

we decided it was best to just go to sleep, 

and deal with it in the morning...

First thing in the morning, we got cleaned up for the 

day. But when we was eating breakfast, Kat and I 

heard deep scratching...we looked at the window and 

a nasty..dark creature with blood around the eyes, 

but dirt and burnt marks everywhere else was 

struggling trying to get in. I decided we needed to 

leave and find more secure shelter, I gathered 

anything we could use as a weapon, all our food and 

water, and clothes, then I contacted my friend Jackie 

as soon as I could. I went outside to see how bad it 

was and ended up picking a fight with monsters. I 

called for backup as soon as possible.

If anybody was surviving right now, it would be jackie. We 

both use to be in the Army, special forces, however he was 

the best in our unit. At the time of me calling, he was 

having   fun with these little creeps. He was with a friend, 

observing them..He told me to meet them at our local Gun 

shop. Kat was already ready to go when I told her, we 

slipped through the garage and drove away...looking at all 

the destruction... there were monsters everywhere, and 

many fires, it looked like there was a war going on. When 

he finally arrived, apparently we attracted a crowd. but 

Jackie had no problem getting rid of it.

With no hesitation 

Jackie hopped out 

at the zombies with 

a baseball bat, his 

friend Paul, not far 

behind them. He 

whacked violently 

at their faces, 

decapitating three 

zombies at a time. 

And his friend  

shooting zombies 

with viciously 

a silenced pistol. 

They cleared the 

crowd of zombies, 

and brought us to 

safety. They 

explained to me 

what was 

happened, 

apparently he has 

stayed in touch 

with the 

Government and 

they been doing 

experiments in 

china.

In order to kill the zombie 

you have to stop their 

thinking...by shutting 

down their brain. In other 

way, you have to bash 

their brains and aim for 

the head. He gave me an 

extra shotgun and 

silencer; because zombies 

process things with their 

brain, they still are able 

to see and hear, but they 

aren't "smart" enough to 

think, just notice what 

they can eat and what 

they can't. So its easy to 

deceive them, but they 

still are hunters without a 

conscience so don't let 

your guard down.

After we finished our business, we packed up 

our equipment so we can find a new location. 

We were informed that a scientist in Japan had 

received information on why it started and how 

to stop it. We hopped in the van, and headed 

there. Eventually we was stopped by a horde, 

and we had to hop out the car and into the 

woods...and it was getting dark...what a 

nightmare....
