Tuna dumplings
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
-100g of red pepper
- 100g of onion
- 100g of fried tomato
- 4 cans of tuna
- wafers


Steps
1-Cut 100g of red pepper
2-Cut 100g of onions
3-Saute the onion in a pan with oil for 2 minutes, then add the red pepper and fry for another 8 minutes
4-Open 4 cans of tuna
5-Mix the tuna with the eggs, red pepper and onion.
6-Add 1ml of tonato souce and mix well
7-Place the wafers on baking tray and fil them
8-Close the edges and brush with beaten egg.
9-Preheat the oven
10-Bake for 15 minutes at 220ºC (425ºfC

Salmorejo
Ingredients
-1 clove of garlic
-water
- 5 tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons of vinegar
-4 spoons of extra virgin olive oil
-salt
-bread

Steps
1. Peel the tomatoes
2. Put water in the bread until it´s soaked
3. Put all the ingredients in the mixer until it doesn´t have lumps
4. Served it cold and if you want you can put more bread in your salmorejo.
Why I have chosen it?
-Salmorejo is a dish usually eaten here in Spain, it´s a dish that regualates body temperature and it´s very nutritious because of the amount of tomatoes and olive oil it contains.

POTATO OMELETTE
Ingredients:
- Potatoes (4 medium potatoes for 4 people)
- Eggs (4 or 5 eggs for 4 people)
- Onion (1 medium onion for 4 people)
- Olive oil (1/4 of olive oil for 4 people)
- Salt (a pinch of salt for 4 people)



Steps:
First, when you have already all the ingredients, you have to peel, wash, dry and cut the potatoes and put them in a big bowl. Then you have to peel and cut the onion and put it in the bowl. After this you have to add the olive oil to the bowl and mix it. And ten you have to add the eggs and mix it all, and also add the salt.
After this we have to put the mixture in a pan and let the outside cook, then turn it over to cook the other side and when we see that it´s to your liking, you take it out and it´s ready to serve and eat.v

The potato omelette, or tortilla de patatas, is most famously associated with Spanish culture, where it is considered a national dish. It Is believed to have originated in Spain during the 18th century. It Is influenced by historical neccesity, regional traditions and the quality of its core ingredients.

The potato omelette is nutritious because it´s a balanced meal with protein from eggs, carbohydrates and fiber from potatoes and healthy fats from olive oil.
INGREDIENTS:
1-BONES: Ham hock, fresh bones and spine bone.
2-MEAT: stewing beef, chiken or hen, chorizo, black
puding and bacon.
3-VEGETABLES: potatoes, carrots, leeks and caboage
4-LEGUMES: chickpeas
5-THIN NOODLES
6-WATER

STEPS:
1-The chikpeas are soaked overnight. The nextday they are drained and rinsed.
2-Put the vegetables along it with he meat and bones in a pot of water. Put the chikpeas in a mesh bag.
3-Let it simmer for 3 or 4 hours, adding more water if it is necessary.
4-One hour before add the peleed and chopped potatoes.
5-We make a soup with the broth and noodels.
6-The meat, together with the chickpeas, potatoes and cabbage, is served drained.
7-Enjoy!!!!

This recipe is typical in Spain. We eat it all the year around, but especially in winter and in autum.It is one of the most famous and popular dishes in our culture.

"Cocido" is very nutritious because it is rich and has lots vitamins, due to its vegetables, and in proteins because of the meat it has.

Ingredients
-Rice:300g
-Chicken broth:1l
-Chicken in pieces:400g
-Onion: One unit
-Garlic: Two units
-Pepper: One unit
-Grated tomato: One unit
-Saffron:0.15g
-Olive oil
-Salt

Paella
Steps
-First: In the paella pan, brown the seasoned chicken and remove. After that, sauté the onion, garlic, and pepper for 5 minutes. Add the grated tomato and cook for another 2 minutes.
-Then: Add again the chicken. Put the rice and stir it for a minute. Pour the hot chicken broth with saffron and salt.
-Almost finishing: Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, add the vegetables and wait without stirring for 17 minutes,
until the rice has absorbed the liquid.
-For ending: Remove from heat and wait 5 minutes before serving.

Paella was originated in Valencia in the XV century and we eat it all around Spain, mostly in summer, as it´s cooked with local and very good products and sometimes seafood.

Paella is a very nutritious food because it contains rice (which has a lot of carbohydrates), chicken (which has a lot of proteins) and tomato and pepper (which improve your heart health).
Vegetable Chicken Soup
INGREDIENTS:
-2 carrots
-1 onion
-1 cup of vegetables
-A little bit of olive oil
-Salt
-Pepper
-1 cup of chopped chicken


Steps:
First, we have to heat the olive oil in a pot. Then, we add the chopped onion, carrots and the rest vegetables in the pot. Also we add the chopped chicken.
When the vegetables and the chopped chicken are cooked, we put them in a blender. To finish we taste the mixture and we add some salt and pepper.

Patatas Bravas
4 medium potatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1 teaspoon spicy paprika (optional)
1 small can of tomato sauce
1 teaspoon sugar


1 .Peel the potatoes.
2. Cut the potatoes into small pieces.
3. Put salt on the potatoes.
4. Heat olive oil in a pan.
5. Fry the potatoes until they are golden.
6. Take the potatoes out of the pan.
7. In the same pan, add the tomato sauce.
8. Add sweet paprika to the sauce.
9. Mix the sauce well.
10 . Cook the sauce for a few minutes.
11. Put the potatoes on a plate.
12. Add the sauce on top.

Ingredients:
6 tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 green pepper
1-2 cloves of garlic
3 spoons of olive oil
2 spoons of vinagar
salt
water (optional)





Steps:
1. Wash all the vegetables
2. Peel the cucumber and chop it into pieces
3. Cut the tomatoes and pepper into chunks
4. Put all the vegetables into a blender
5. Add garlic, olive oil, vinegar and salt
6. blend until smooth
7. If it´s too thich, add some cold water
8. Chill it in the fridge for at least one hour
9. Serve cold

TACOS WITH VEGETABLES
INGREDIENTS:
1. Avocados (2)
2. Sauces
3. Cheese (1)
4. Chicken (whole 1)
5. Tortillas (5)
6. Seasoning
7. Peppers (2-3)

STEPS:
1. You start cuting the peppers and washing them
2. Prepare the avocado by scooping out the flesh and putting it in a bowl.
3. You cut the cheese in small pieces and mix it with the avocado.
4. You take a pan and heat the peppers for 15 minutes
5. When it is finished, you heat the taco tortilla to put all the ingredients
6. In another pan you heat the chicken for 15 minutes
7. When it is all finished you mix everything in the tortilla and close it
8. Finally you add the sauce.
