Bran Castle is a famous historical place in Romania.
It is built on a high hill and looks like a fairytale castle.
The castle was built over 600 years ago and was used to protect the area from enemies. Many people know Bran Castle as “Dracula’s Castle,” even though there is no clear proof that Dracula lived there.
Today, visitors from all over the world come to Bran Castle to learn about Romanian history, legends, and traditions.

The Acropolis is a famous ancient place in Athens, Greece. It is a high rocky hill where people long ago built important buildings.
The most famous building on the Acropolis is the Parthenon, a temple built over 2,000 years ago. The Acropolis was used for worship, meetings, and to show how strong and clever the ancient Greeks were.
Today, many people from around the world visit the Acropolis to learn about ancient Greek history.

People lived in Ephesus thousands of years ago.

The Roman Colosseum is one of the most famous buildings in the world. It was built in ancient Rome around 80 AD. The Colosseum was used for gladiator fights, animal shows, and large public events. It could hold more than 50,000 people. Today, it is a popular tourist attraction and an important symbol of Roman history and architecture.

The Eiffel Tower is a famous landmark in Paris, France. It is a tall iron tower and one of the most visited places in the world.
The tower was built over 130 years ago for a world exhibition. At first, some people did not like it, but today it is a symbol of France.
Visitors from all around the world come to the Eiffel Tower to enjoy the view and learn about French history.

The pyramids in Egypt are huge stone buildings that were made a very long time ago. They were built as tombs, or special burial places, for the pharaohs, who were the kings of ancient Egypt.
The most famous ones are the Pyramids of Giza, near the city of Cairo. The biggest pyramid is called the Great Pyramid, and it is one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.
The pyramids were built using thousands of workers and giant stone blocks. Today, people visit them to learn about ancient Egyptian history and to see how amazing their building skills were.

The Votivkirche is a large, beautiful church in Vienna, Austria. It was built in the 1800s. The church was made to thank God after the Austrian emperor’s brother survived an attack.
The Votivkirche is known for its tall towers, colorful stained-glass windows, and detailed decorations. It looks a bit like a fairy-tale castle because of its many spires.
Today, people visit the Votivkirche to pray, learn about history, and enjoy its amazing architecture.
