The apple comes from our region, North Macedonia. We grow apples here and use them in different ways. We can make apple juice, and we also eat apples fresh. Apples are healty and very tasty.

A carrot is root vegetable that grows underground. It is usually orange and has a crunchy texture with a slightly sweet taste. Carrots can be raw or cooked, for example in salads, soups, and meals. They are healthy and contain vitamin A, which is good for eyesight and growth.

Cherries are grown in North Macedonia, especially in areas with a mild climate. North Macedonia has a good conditions for cherry farming, such as fertile soil and sunny weather. Cherries usually ripen in late spring and early summer.

Cucumbers are actually fruits. There mostly water wich makes them super refreshing. They have small amounts of vitamine K, vitamine C, and potassium. The peel contains fiber, wich helps digestion.
