The story begins with a dog named Daffadil.Daffadil had a wonderful life and loved her owner.The only thing that was not wonderful was baths.As you know most dogs and cats hate baths,but Daffidil hated them the most.Rosy (her owner) always took Daffadil on walks, fed her ,and snuggled her but even Rosy's least favorite thing was giving her baths since Daffadil was such a stinker with baths.But even when they had thier disagreements they still were best friends and always will be.Daffidil and Rosy don't just have  thier diffrences though they also have thier similarities like how they both like walks,breakfast,and sugary things,but most of all they love each other.

The only time that  Rosy had to leave Daffadile was when Rosy went on road trips or traveled.Rosy always begged her dad to take Daffadile with them but her dad always said no and it's not that we don't have the money; its that Daffadil will cause too much trouble.Rosy always got upset but also understood so Rosy always made sure Daffadil was okay before she left.Daffadile was never okay though she didn't want Rosy to leave! But when Rosy did leave all Daffadil would do was  just lie in her her bed until Rosy came back.Daffadil would usually dream of Rosy finally taking her on a trip and then when Daffadile woke up Rosy would open the door and run and snuggle Daffadil until Daffadil couldn't breathe.That was Daffadil's favorite time of the year

it's Rosy's too because she got to show all the love she felt for Daffadile while she was away.After Rosy gets settled and all that its already Christmas, Rosy's mom already took Daffadile shopping and Rosy's dad took Rosy shopping.I know its a little weird that a dog's going shopping but Rosy's mom always takes Daffadile shopping and Daffadil always puts her nose on what she wants to get like she's saying "I want to buy this for this person."and I personlly think that's a little cute.Anyway everybody loved  their gifts and also loved thier ginger bread houses which they made after they opened thier presents and played with them for about an hour.

Okay ,now let's back it up a little so it was Christmas Eve and they just got out of the church service.When they got home Rosy started setting up her camp out to stay up until midnight.Rosy snuck Daffadile in with her 1.Her parents weren't home and Rosy was honestly kind of scared 2.She thought Daffadile would want to see Santa too.Hours passed and there was still no sign of santa until she heard the door open Rosy didn't even think of Santa though she missed her parents so much she threw open the door and then unlocked the front door and there she saw it not her parents but Santa and Santa's  sleigh flying right off her roof! 

And now you're probably wondering  that's cool but why did you tell  me that well I told you that because Rosy kept on saying "I saw Santa!"for the rest of the year but nobody believed her.Okay now lets skip right ahead to Valentine's Day Rosy was packing up for her grandparent's house like she usually does because she always visits her grandparent's on Valintine's Day and the next day was Rosy's b-day which was also the only reason Daffadil was allowed to go.Lets go forward again to March 1st where Rosy's mom became pregnant and was about to have a baby.Rosy was not pleased she liked being an only child and all of her friends have siblings and said that when there born its like telling the mom 

thats the only child who needs attention and that the other child doesn't need attention anymore.But for Daffadil it was the the other way around all of her dog friends at the dog park told Daffadil that having a baby in the house is amazing you get help with baby,snuggle with the baby, and most importantly make a special bond with the baby. Daffadil was so excited she couldn't sleep I mean Rosy couldn't sleep but that was because she was worried that the baby would ruin her life not because she thought the baby would make her life 100% better.Well when they woke up both of their dreams came true right when the baby came home Daffadile made friends with her
