Once upon a time, in a corner of the kitchen, lived Rollie the Can. Rollie was an empty orange soda can.

Sitting next to him were Apple-box Annie, a juice box, and Plasty, a little water bottle.

"What will happen to us now that we are empty?" 

Rollie asked with a little sadness in his voice. 

"Will they throw us in the trash and will we be gone forever?"

   The Great Adventure

Suddenly, little Helen walked into the kitchen. She didn’t throw them into the usual, black trash bin. Instead, she gathered them up carefully in her arms and headed outside.

She stopped in front of a big, Blue Bin. Before dropping them inside with a soft "Splash!", she whispered something magical:

"Don’t be afraid! Now your journey to the Green School begins!"

      The Magic Factory

Rollie wondered what this school could be. The next morning, a big truck took them to a place that looked like a castle. It was the Recycling Factory—their very own school!

There, they didn’t have desks or chalkboards, but big machines that looked like toys. The "teachers" were people in green uniforms who showed them how to change their shape. The lesson was only one: "How to turn from an old can into a new treasure!"
