This value represents the set of shared memories, traditions, customs, and experiences that define who we are as individuals and as a community.
The Suda Castle in Tortosa, Built as a Muslim citadel, became a Christian stronghold after its 1148 conquest by Ramon Berenguer IV. It now preserves both islamic and Christian Heritage.

The Market from Tortosa is a lively market where tradition and community come together daily. Where people can buy fresh food and meet each other every day. It feels lively because people don’t just shop, you can meet friends, you can go to drink a cofee... It is a modernist market in Tortosa. It was built between the 1884 and 1887.

Values: We have to be responsible to take care of it.The Ebro River is a symbol ofenvironmental responsibility mainly due to its fragility and the constant struggle to preserve its ecosystem, especially in the Ebro Delta .
The Ebro River is the longest river entirely in Spain. The river faces environmental pressures, including sediment reduction in the delta and pollution/salinization from industrial use.

9. Freedom&Public Life- Plaça Espanya
Plaça d’Espanya was built after the Spanish Civil War (1936–1939) during the reconstruction of the city.
Plaça Espanya it's a square where you can meet with your friends, go shopping or go to drink a coffe. The square was built during the reconstruction in the 1940s and 1950s, with a symmetrical design and arcaded buildings typical of that period.
It received the name during the Franco era, but many people also call it Town Hall Square because the city hall is located there.
