The muscular system is so large it is made up of over 600 skeletal, cardiac, and smooth muscles.
The bends the elbow and rotates the forearm . It sits under the biceps and is the primary flexor that bends the elbow. The acts as the antagonist to both, straightening the elbow

Smooth, Cardiac, and skeletal muscles
Skeletal muscles are voluntary muscles and are used for voluntary motion like lifting, running, and swimming
Cardiac muscles are unique because they only power the heart and they involuntarily
Smooth muscles are involuntary muscles that make up the digestive system.

Muscular dystrophy (MD) is a group of genetic diseases causing progressive muscle weakness and loss of muscle mass due to mutated genes that prevent proper protein production. Symptoms often start with motor difficulties, such as frequent falls or trouble walking, and can affect the heart and lungs. Treatments include therapy and medication, with no current cure.

The Skeletal System comprised 206 bones at birth humans have anywhere from 270-300 bones in their body which fuse later on in life. Small bones in the skull, spine, and limbs join together, a process that continues through adolescence. The Skeletal system also protects vital organs like heart, brain, and lungs.

daily, bone marrow acts as the body's primary blood producer the
process of making new blood cells is called Hematopoiesis
