Being without my phone for a day would be difficult, but I think I could be without it. Some people are addicted to their phone. It can lead to consequences, like eye problems, headaches, not sleeping well or even not being connected to nature or reality. Some people have lifes inside of their phones or other devices. They don't live in reality.
Nera(Cro)
Not using any devices would be good for me. It would help me deal with my concentration and I would probably get better grades. I'm constantly checking my phone so it would be a good idea. While not being on my phone I could hang out with my friends, listen to music, do fun activities, have fun with my family members and study. I think it would help me be less stressed also!
Andrea (Cro)
Instead of the light of my phone, I choose to chat with my friends, feel the rhythm of the music, have fun with my family, and deeply focus on my studies. This digital break will not only increase my success but also my inner peace. Less stress, more real moments!

Gastronomy for vitality means you choose food that supports your body and gives you steady energy. You eat fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and quality protein. These foods help your body work well each day.
Complex carbohydrates, like oats or brown rice, give energy for a longer time. Protein helps your muscles recover and stay strong. Healthy fats, like those from nuts or olive oil, support your brain and heart.
You cook food in ways that keep nutrients. Steaming, baking, or grilling are better choices than frying. You also drink enough water because hydration supports digestion and focus.
A simple example is a breakfast with whole grains and fruit. This meal gives you energy and helps you stay active during the day.
