Throughout the planning and implementation of the activities, the strong sense of harmony, collaboration, and dedication among all team members ensured a productive and successful process. Our exciting journey in the "GREEN STEPS" project has come to an end. For me, as a teacher, this has been another confirmation of how vital it is to nurture environmental awareness in children from an early age. We didn't just observe nature; we learned to understand its value through real acts of kindness. I was particularly delighted by the combination of ecology and the STEAM approach. The “GREEN STEPS” project has come to an end, leaving us with a truly valuable experience. As a teacher, it reaffirmed for me how important it is to nurture environmental responsibility from an early age. We didn’t just observe nature—we learned to respect and protect it through concrete actions.The integration of environmental education with the STEAM approach added great value, and the children participated with enthusiasm, exploring biodiversity and expressing their creativity. Their constant involvement showed that small steps can lead to meaningful change.
