Short Descrip on of the Project
This project is an interna onal eTwinning collabora on aimed at improving Python programming, industrial electronics, and ar ficial intelligence skills of voca onal and technical high school students aged 14–18. Conducted in partnership with Türkiye and several European countries, this ini a ve serves as a preparatory process for developing an AI-supported simulator to be used in the field of industrial control. Throughout the project, students will par cipate in ac vi es on digital ci zenship, safe internet use, coding, electronic circuit design, and ethical use of AI tools. Within the scope of interna onal coopera on, Python mini-projects, an electronic glossary, AI-assisted posters, and a digital e-book will be created. In addi on to promo ng mul cultural interac on, the project also provides academic and technical prepara on for Erasmus mobility.

Objectives
Enable students to understand the importance of the Python programming language and gain basic coding skills Develop the ability to recognize industrial electronic components, their symbols, and their func ons Build awareness of the role of ar ficial intelligence in daily life Improve prompt-wri ng skills Raise awareness regarding the principles of digital ci zenship (security, ethics, copyright, online behavior) Support interna onal digital collabora on Strengthen students’ 21st-century skills

Use of Technology
Web 2.0 Tools, Python programming language, AI tools, Wokwi
Pedagogical Founda ons – Skills & Competencies – Student Development
Student-centered, project-based, and hands-on learning approaches are adopted. Interna onal teamwork provides collabora ve and interac ve learning environments. Students gain Python programming and basic algorithmic thinking skills. Competency in iden fying industrial electronic components, symbols, and func ons improves. Awareness of AI applica ons in daily and professional contexts develops. Prompt wri ng, problem-solving, and effec ve use of digital tools are supported. Students gain awareness of digital ci zenship, cybersecurity, copyright, and ethical issues. Communica on, collabora on, foreign language, and intercultural interac on skills are strengthened. The project supports students’ 21st-century skills and prepares them for future Erasmus+ mobili es

Teams must design a system for a logistics company with the following requirements:
Sensor: Use an HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor to detect the height of boxes on a moving belt.
Actuator: Use a Servo Motor to act as a diverter arm.
Small Boxes (≤ 10cm): Servo stays at 0°, and a Green LED flashes.

The Problem: An urban farm needs to optimize water consumption by watering plants only when necessary and ensuring light levels are sufficient.
AI Challenge: Use the chatbot to generate a script that calculates the average soil moisture over a period to predict the next watering cycle.

The Problem: A factory needs to count items on a production line and stop the conveyor belt when a shipping box is full.
AI Challenge: Request a prompt for a web-based simulator that displays the "Total Parts Sorted" and "Production Accuracy".

The Problem: A private parking lot wants to automate entry gates and provide real-time status to drivers.
AI Challenge: Include a brief explanation in the code on how to calibrate the sensor to ignore small animals or debris.

The Problem: A medical warehouse requires temperature monitoring to ensure vaccines do not exceed 25°C.
AI Challenge: Create a "Physics Control" logic that adds random noise to the temperature data to test the system's robustness.

The Problem: To prevent accidents, a hydraulic press must only operate if the worker uses both hands to press two separate buttons.
