What kind of school do WE  want?

Gen Z wants a school that focuses on mental health, practical skills, and technology. 

 We prefer interactive, hands-on learning over memorizing facts. 

The perfect school should offer flexible schedules, comfortable spaces, and teach us how to manage money, career paths, and real-life problems.

Project work is very importanat. We learn many skills which we do not learn during classes. eTwinning, ERASMUS and other projects give us the opportunity to learn something more.

Different cultures are important for Gen Z because global problems feel shared - they support each other and value their culture 

Learning foreign languages is important for our generation because knowing them shows respect to people from other countries, we also can go abroad to study and meet new people

Young people's self-expression is . Through digital media, fashion, music, and art, adolescents safely explore their individuality, process complex emotions, and build self-esteem. Finding these personal outlets promotes mental well-being and helps youth establish a unique voice in their communities.
