After some time passed, Malin Kundang decided that he wants to live a better life and sailed away from his mother, he said bye before he goes of course.

After many years, Malin became rich and married a beautiful woman. He returned to his hometown on a big ship. Malin’s mother ran to meet him. She was happy to see her son again.

But Malin was ashamed of his poor mother. He said, “I do not know this old woman!”. His mother felt heartbroken. She prayed to God to punish Malin for being rude and ungrateful.
