FOR ALL OF MY CHILDREN

David, Sammy, Mum, and Dad lived in a busy city.

One day, they went to visit their farm in a quiet village.

Behind the farmhouse stood a BIG apple tree.

The children were very excited.

“Look at all the apples!” said Sammy.

Every morning, Dad walked to the apple tree.

He picked fresh apples for the family.

Crunch, crunch, crunch!

Near the apple tree was a small forest.

A friendly deer lived there.

The deer liked to watch the family.

One day, the deer saw a BIG red apple.

“That’s a lovely apple,” said the deer.

The next morning, the deer came back.

The apple was green!

“Oh my!” said the deer.

The next day, the apple was BLUE.

Then it became PURPLE.

Then it became YELLOW.

“It must be magic!” laughed the deer.
