The most valuable legacies we can leave for the future are a clean world and green hearts that appreciate its value. We, as eTwinning project partners from different cities and schools, set out to express our love for nature in words and unite this love in a common voice. What you hold in your hands is not just a story; it is the collective effort of children who listen to the rhythm of nature, young people who understand the whispers of the trees, and those who love greenery. Lines poured from different hands, blended with the spirit of collaboration and friendship of our project, have transformed into a single river, nature's own story.May you find solace in our pages and nurture the green within you as you journey through them...

The city's hum, the honking of horns, and its dwindling capital left him with only the sight of the North's eyes. When the world became too heavy, he would find himself at the entrance to that path. Stepping there, the scent of damp earth and the sharp perfume of pine trees would fill his lungs. For him, the forest wasn't just a collection of trees; it was a friend, whispering with his past, alive with countless sounds, breathing life into it.

And at that very moment, the situation took a different turn...
On the moss-covered trunk where he pressed his hand, he felt a harsh, metallic coldness that didn't belong to the tree's natural texture at all. His fingers had brushed against a hidden mechanism concealed deep within the bark, like a lever.
Succumbing to his curiosity, Kuzey slowly pulled this mysterious handle downward.
A muffled cracking sound rose from the depths of the earth where the tree's roots spread. The centuries-old oak had set in motion the first gear of a massive mechanism, as if ready to unveil all the secrets of the past and the forest.
The whispers of the woods fell silent; they had now given way to a mysterious hum echoing from beneath the roots.
And at that very moment, he heard a voice he'd never heard before. "North..."
They looked around in astonishment to understand what was happening. There was no one else in the forest. The voice came again. This time, a faint light appeared among the bushes.
He walked towards it, curious. His attention was drawn to a small, ordinary stone lying on the ground. The moment the stone fell into his hand, the wind intensified and the leaves began to rustle.
KUZEY had thus transformed an ordinary day into a game. Holding the stone in his hand, he looked at the path and took a deep breath. The adventure was just beginning...
The forest grew quieter on the path. The cheerful chirping of birds faded, leaving behind a deep, free freedom. The forest seemed to hold its breath, even the wind had slowed.
KUZEY continued his performance, learning about things that piqued his curiosity. The various types of tall trees surrounded him, and sunlight filtered softly through their branches. Just as he was about to turn back, something caught his attention.
On damp skin lay a leaf of a kind he had never seen before. It shimmered with a soft golden light, almost mesmerizing him.
KUZEY bent down and picked up the leaf. It was warm in his hands. Suddenly, a gentle breeze swept through the trees, and a soft whisper was heard from afar.
"Follow me..."
KUZEY froze for a moment, looking at his photos, but there was no one there. The shimmering leaf shone even brighter, as if trying to guide him somewhere. His heart began to pound with excitement. He wondered when he knew something and what secrets of the forest he was revealing.
Kuzey continued, maintaining the smoothness of his hand. The trail he left shone a little brighter, as if guiding him on the right path.
After a while, the trees thinned out, and he reached a small clearing. In the center of the clearing was an ancient circle of stones. In the middle of the circle was a tiny seed, seemingly completely dried.
Kuzey approached in amazement. It looked like an ordinary seed, but the atmosphere around it was different. It was as if the whole forest was watching. At that moment, the golden leaf in his hand began to shine
intensely and floated towards the seed. The moment the leaf touched the ground, the stone beam filled with it.
“This is the Seed of Hope,” whispered a familiar voice. It was the voice of the old oak tree, carried by the wind to the clearing.
“The future of the forest is hidden within itself. But it cannot be reborn with magic alone. There is creativity in love, patience, and faith.”
Kuzey knelt down and covered the formations. Then he covered it with soft, moist soil.
For a few seconds, nothing happened.
Then a tiny green sprout emerged from the soil.
As the sprout grew, the forest began to come alive again. The birds stopped singing, the flowers bloomed, and the wind danced joyfully among the trees.
We reached the north. He now understood that protecting nature wasn't just about loving trees, but hopefully also about nurturing them.
From that day on, he became the protector of the forest and explained the forest's message to everyone through its rules:
"When we care for nature, nature cares for our future."
Deep within the forest, she offered the Seed of Hope, enhancing life, beauty, and happiness for all living beings.
A few weeks passed, and the Seed of Hope had grown into a young tree with bright green leaves. North visited the clearing every day to tend to the tree. He watered the soil, cleared away fallen branches, and ensured the tree remained healthy.
One morning, as he approached the clearing, he noticed something. Small plants in place of the forest were forming around the young tree. Rabbits, squirrels, birds, and even shy deer appeared in the vicinity.
As KUZEY watched, a silver-colored bird perched on one of the branches.
"You've done a good job," the bird said softly.
KUZEY was surprised, but he was no longer afraid of the forest's magic.
"The Seed of Hope is thriving," the bird continued. "But the real purpose is just beginning."
The bird spread its wings and pointed to the helpful mountains.
"Beyond those peaks, there's a valley where nature is slowly dissolving. Rivers are drying up, and many plants can no longer grow. They've forgotten how important it is for humans to thrive there."
KUZEY looked toward the mountains. We were on a very long journey.
"What am I going to do?" he asked.
The silver bird plucked a piece of the young tree.
"Take this leaf with you. Share the message of the Seed of Hope. Teach others that a small act of kindness towards nature can make a difference."
It took its northern leaf and walked on.
It knew the adventure wasn't over yet. In fact, it was just beginning. With courage in its heart and hope in its hand, ready to return to the world beyond the forest, it set off toward the mountains.
Kuzey
Holding the silver leaf, she set off toward the mountains. A few days later, she reached the valley where the silver bird had reached her.
The valley was a deplorable sight. The river was almost completely dried up, and the meadows were dry and barren.
There, Elara met a young girl in a cell.
"This used to be a vibrant place," she told her.
North showed her the silver leaf.
"If nature helps itself, it can recover," he replied.
Together, they became like villagers who loved planting and tending trees. Small changes began to appear in the days.
One morning, the silver leaf shone with a bright light.
Where the first sapling was planted, a plant sprouted from golden leaves.
It carried a whisper familiar to the wind:
"Hope flourishes where people act together."
Just then, the river began to flow more strongly, and the first fish appeared in its waters.
Everyone celebrated the valley's revival.
But then, a widening, dark cloud appeared on the
horizon. Unlike ordinary clouds, it remained completely motionless at the far end of the valley.
A shimmer of silver leaves and changeable words appeared:
"To activate the Guardian of Shadows."
Kuzey, kendisinin yeni bir macerasının, belki de performansı kadarki en büyük maceranın beklediğini biliyordu.

Kuzey gazed intently at the dark cloud hovering on the horizon. The cloud was neither moving nor changing shape. It was as if it were a shadow waiting silently over the valley.
Just then, the silver leaf in his hand began to glow again. Golden letters appeared on the leaf:
“The Shadow Guardian has awakened. Three Seeds of Light must be found to stop him.”
North took a deep breath. Elara, standing beside him, saw the words as well.
“Where are these seeds?” she asked.
The silver leaf trembled slightly and sent three beams of light into the sky. One pointed to the icy mountains to the north, one to the crystal lake to the east, and the other to the misty forest in the distance.
That night, North and Elara prepared for their journey. The next morning, as the sun rose, they set out.
Days later, they reached the icy mountains. Near the summit, they found a cave surrounded by blue ice. At the center of the cave stood the first Seed of Light, shining like a star.
