Aqua Mind Erasmus project ( Serbia, Greece, Portugal, Croatia )
The main objective of the project is to promote environmental well-being and mindfulness by connecting with water-related activities. Partners are from different parts of Europe and wider and all their cities are placed near ocean, sea, river or lake. We will exchange our experience connected with water and mindfulness and well-being activities near water , including environmental education. Besides mentioned objective, partners will learn about culture and tradition of partner countries. One of planned activities is picnic near water and this activity will have the main aim to promote healthy food ( every country will show its traditional healthy food.

The fastest and simplest recipe for fluffy fried dough (mekike) requires only a few basic ingredients: flour, yeast, water, and salt. In just about 20 minutes, you can prepare a warm, soft, and crispy pastry perfect for breakfast.
Ingredients
\(500 \text{ g}\) all-purpose white flour
\(20 \text{ g}\) fresh yeast (or 1 packet of active dry yeast)
\(4 \text{ dl}\) lukewarm water
\(1 \text{ level teaspoon}\) sugar
\(1 \text{ level teaspoon}\) salt

Description: Crispy, herb-packed tomato patties native to the volcanic island of Santorini.

4 large ripe tomatoes (finely diced)
1 red onion (finely chopped)
100g feta cheese (crumbled)

200g ground pork or lamb

1 tsp baking soda (gives them their iconic springy texture)
