Kol loved clothes. He could use his imagination and pretend to be all sorts of interesting things. Most of all, Kol's clothes made him feel good about himself.

His astronaut jumpsuit made him feel adventurous.

His cowboy hat and boots made him feel brave and smart, just like his Dad and Indiana Jones.

His fireman hat made him feel strong, capable, and responsible. Almost like a super hero.

And his suit made him feel fashionable and fancy.

But most of all, Kol loved wearing dresses. The skirts swished around his legs and twirled when he danced. But, when he wore dresses to school, everyone treated him differently. 

Teachers asked who the new girl in the class was and told him he was too pretty to be a boy. The girls invited him to play in housekeeping, but Kol really wanted to build blocks and play soccer. The boys told him he looked too much like a girl.
