MANTI

Mantı is a traditional Turkish dish made from small pieces of dough filled with stuffing. It is served with yogurt and a sauce made from red pepper and storage.

Mantı is not just a meal. In Türkiye, making mantı is often a family activity. Bringing family members together, they prepare the tiny mantı by hand.

Ingredients

* 3 s flour

* 1 egg

* ½ cup water

* ½ tsp salt

* 250 g ground beef

* 1 grated onion

* Salt and black pepper

* 2 cups yogurt

* 2 cloves garlic

* 3 tbsp butter

* 1 tsp red pepper flakes

* Dried mint (optional)

How is it made?

1.Roll the dough.                2. Cut small squares and place meat inside

3. Fold the squares.                      4. 4. Boil for 15 minute. 

                       5. Serve with yogurt and sauce. 

TANTUNI

Tantuni is one of the most famous dishes of the city of Mersin in Turkey.

It is made with small pieces of beef or chicken cooked with spices. The meat is wrapped in a thin flatbread together with tomatoes, onions, and parsley. Tantuni is a delicious and popular street food loved by both locals and visitors.
