Once upon a time, there lived a boy named Alex and another boy named Logan.  

They were best friends who did everything together.

One day Alex made blueprints to make a time machine. 

He walked up to Logan who was sleeping. Alex tried to wake him up but he would not wake up.

Logan ate a nut off the ground and fell in to a deep sleep.

Alex got so mad that he builds the time machine and pushes the buttons so hard that he transports himself into 1876.

"Where am I?" Alex asked a local farmer. 

"Don't bother me!" The farmer snapped angrily.

"Don't bother me," Alex mocked quietly.

"Boys these days, they don't know anything." The farmer said.

"Boston Tea Party... crazy... out of control... people disguised as Indians..." Two girls said from a distance.

Alex walked toward the sound carefully. He slowly emerged from behind a cabin. The two girl's voices trailed off and looked at Alex.

They were a tall girl and a shorter girl.

"Who are you?" The taller girl asked.

"I'm Alex, who are you?" Alex said.

"I am Sadie and this is Lylah." The tall girl said motioning towards the shorter girl.

"I'm a teenager, who is also Sadie's sister!" Lylah said with a goofy smile.

"Anyway...." Alex says slowly, "I need your help!"

"Sure, with what?" Sadie asks Alex smiling at the boy.

"I need a time machine. But I don't have one."

"Okay then, we will build one." Lylah exclaims while flipping around.

So they gathered the pieces and one by one they put the time-machine together.

"Ahhhhh!!!"Alex screams in pain.

"Are you okay?" Sadie asks rushing over to check on him. He was bleeding!

Alex tried to get up but he fell and got knocked out cold!

"Alex! Please wake up!" Sadie says breaking down in tears!

All of the sudden Alex wakes up!

"Oh my gosh Alex! I thought you were dead!" Sadie says worriedly and hug-tackles Alex.

"Hey, hey, it's okay I'm here now!" Alex says pulling her into a hug. Sadie gets up to walk away but Alex grabs her hand and kisses her.
