For Generation Z, meaningful work is of paramount importance. This generation prefers to work for organizations that align with their personal values and has a more positive attitude towards businesses that prioritize social responsibility activities. Furthermore, companies with strong technological infrastructure are seen as more attractive by young employees.


One of the most prominent expectations of Generation Z is flexibility in work. Remote and hybrid work models, which became widespread after COVID-19, have directly impacted this generation's career choices. Young employees find performance- and results-oriented systems more suitable than rigid working hours.
Career development is also among the priorities of Generation Z. LinkedIn and Gallup research shows that young employees prefer organizations that offer continuous learning opportunities. Training programs, certification processes, and mentoring practices are among the factors that increase Generation Z's commitment to the organization.


With the impact of artificial intelligence and automation, skills such as digital literacy, problem-solving, and creativity are becoming even more important. Therefore, Generation Z focuses on continuous self-improvement.
Furthermore, young people prefer gaining diverse experiences and flexible work models rather than working in a single job for a long time.
