The reflection questions in this LifeSkills Handbook were embedded into every LEVEL UP: LifeSkills Expedition activity as expected outcomes. Through workshops, collaborative challenges, and international teamwork, students developed these skills in real-life situations. At the end of the project, students answered the same questions as a final reflection. Their responses, together with feedback from students, teachers, and parents, confirmed the project's impact and shaped the activities collected in this handbook. QR codes, a signature feature of the expedition, documented speeches, reflections, and collaborative products throughout the project and continue to connect learning in this handbook. ThisLifeSkills Handbook is the project's final product and a lasting form of dissemination, offering ready-to-use, student-tested activities for schools, trainers, youth managers and future and Erasmus+ projects.

1. Challenge Cards Let students randomly pick a real-life challenge card, discuss solutions in small international groups, and record a 1-minute audio reflection using a QR code. Unexpected situations build resilience and confident decision-making.
2. The Impossible Mission Teams receive a limited set of materials and 15 minutes to solve an unfamiliar problem or create a product together. Reflection follows using the questions "What challenged us?" and "What made us stronger?" Real teamwork under pressure develops adaptability, creativity, and resilience.
3. Step Out of Your Comfort Zone –Give each student a secret mission (lead a discussion, interview a partner, defend an unpopular idea, or present first). Finish with peer feedback using positive sentence starters. Small challenges help students discover strengths they did not know they had.

1. Blind Builder One student describes a model while teammates build it without seeing the original.Clear communication, active listening, and trust strengthen teamwork.
