One afternoon, Jacob was helping his parents clean and his mom told Jacob to throw out a rusty coil at the junkyard. When Jacob ran and put the rusty coil in the junkyard, he saw a mean junkyard monster. So, he dashed back home and shut the door very fast.

He told his parents, but they said, "You have great imagination, son," but he really was telling the truth. He had no choice but to go back to the junkyard and take a picture of the evidence. He found a huge footprint, and after he took a picture, he looked up and saw a junkyard monster. He fell to the floor and slithered like a snake. He got on his feet and snuck back home.

SLAM! the door shut and he was searching for his parents. He showed the picture of the junkyard monster's footprint to his mom and his mom shockingly said, " I believe you; We need to save everyone in the town!"

Jacob went outside with his parents, "AHHHH!" everybody screamed. There was a monster right next to them. Oh NO! Jacob's parents got kidnapped and they were taken to the Junkyard Monster Monument. The mean junkyard monster found a very long rope and tied Jacob's parents up!

Jacob did not know what to do, but then he got an idea. He got his helmet and got into a monster car to hunt his parents down. He did not know how to drive the monster car, but he pressed a couple buttons and it started working. Vroom Vroom!

He began driving to his parents and when Jacob got there, he realized that his 14-year-old friend Maxwell got into the back of the truck. Jacob yelled "Maxwell, why are you in the back of the truck!?" 

Maxwell said, "I'm here to help you and I brought a baseball bat with spikes on it!"

Jacob was so happy but also confused why Maxwell wanted to help him.

They both quickly dashed to Jacob's parents. Jacob slid on the floor and kicked the first monster's leg. Maxwell used his spikey baseball bat to poke the last monster's feet and, of course, the monster fell down.
