My name is Mary. Come with my friend Bob and me on a journey of learning about prayer and thanksgiving.

The Bible says that when we come before our Heavenly Father in prayer, we should come thanking Him and praising Him.

"Enter His gates with thanksgiving, and His courts with praise!" (Psalm 100:4). Bless His name, and be joyful and excited about the great things He has done and will do for you.

                 What is prayer?

Prayer is when you talk with your Heavenly Father and tell Him what is on your heart.

It does not matter how you are feeling; He cares about you so, so much. 

    He cares if you are happy.

    He cares if you are sad.

    How are you feeling today?

Our Heavenly Father cares about us:

Our Heavenly Father cares if you are sick.

He knows if you have to take medicine to feel

better. Sometimes, we need to go to the

 Doctor to get a checkup.

                        He Cares   

Our Heavenly Father cares about Grandma, Grandpa, Aunts, Uncles, and your School teachers.    

                         Let us pray:

    Father God, I come before you to thank you for everything you have done for me. I praise you in advance for your goodness and love. I pray for my grandpa, grandma,

teachers, and aunts, that God would bless them, protect them, and watch over them. Amen.
