
What does the Constitution say?

Hello, I'm government people of the white house, I will show kids how U.S Constitution made a great government system now
Article 1 of the United States Constitution is the part of the law that creates Congress, which is the group of people who make the laws for our country.
Article 1: Congress

Article 2: President
Article 2 of the Constitution creates the executive branch, which is led by the President of the United States. This part of the Constitution explains how a person is chosen to be the leader of our country. Their role is to enforces laws made by Congress, leads the military as the Commander in Chief, meets with leaders from other countries, chooses helpers like judges and advisors.

Article 3: Supreme Court
Article 3 of the Constitution creates the judicial branch of our government, which includes the Supreme Court(The Supreme Court is the highest and most important court in the whole country). This branch has the special job of making sure our nation's laws are fair. Other thing about it is, Judges on this court are called Justices, and they look at the Constitution to decide if laws follow the rules, fair trials are guaranteed by this article to make sure anyone accused of a crime gets treated fairly by a jury.

Who are elected officials?
We are in Texas so our Senate leader are, John Cornyn, Ted Cruz.
Where we live is Frisco, we will have 2 house representative, it base on area where people live,Keith Seft for Collin Country side, Brandon Gill for Denton Country Side.


1st Amendment: Freedom of speak, freedom of religion.
2nd Amendment: Protects the right of citizens to own weapons to keep their homes and nation safe.
3rd Amendment: The Amendment allow everyone to say no to solders.
4th Amendment: Keeps your house and belongings safe, police can't search without paper, official permission.
5th Amendment: A fair treatment, rules for everyone, can't be punished unless a court proves they broke a law.
6th Amendment: Anyone accused of a crime gets a fast trial with a helpful lawyer and a fair jury.
7th Amendment: Lets citizens ask a jury of regular people to help settle big arguments about money or property.
8th Amendment: Stops judges from giving punishments that are too mean or expensive.
9th Amendment: Citizens still have other important rights even if they aren't written in this list.
10th Amendment: States that any power not given to the national government belongs to the individual states and the people.
