Dear Diary,

Hello! My name is Ari, as you might or might not know yet, but I don't really care if you don't know yet. It's just...life. Life as a...you guessed it! A middle-school kid! And boy why it is Thursday, the day I wish the week is all over. Even though we had Phys Ed, (P.E.), they still educated us a little bit. They told us about Nether Portals. "They pick you up in giant purple swirls and make you travel to the Nether, foolish or brave." The Coach had said that day. But until this minute, I thought the portal was fiction and all that junk. These days, they teach middle schoolers what they already learned in Elementary School over and over again! I always groan at this, Diary.

And now I may present to you--our class photo! I really hope you like it! It took a ton of effort for the Teachers and kids' parents to print out all of the school pictures, but god bless you that my class's picture was easy to print! So oh yeah that I got that! When I crooned that it was easy to my parents faces, they blushed, but I think they blushed too much that they thought I should get a punishment, so they grounded me for dear 3 days, and that's not long at all! Anyway, class picture, as promised.

Dear Diary,

Today was the last day of school for the week, and I dread the day: Friday. The reason I dread Fridays is because it's the last day of middle school for the week, and the time shown on the clock just seems to taunt you, and makes you want to watch it all day, and not focus on Pre-Algebra like  Zuri Survingsland did today!

Dear Diary,

Oh my god oh my god oh my god!!1 I am hyperventilating right now! It is the weekend, so you think I shouldn't be hyperventilating. BUT I AM!!! The...the...the fictional Nether Portal from Phys Ed...it's real! I jogged home yesterday, and fell into a little...trench. I tried climbing out, but no award-winning-medal-star-rock-climber like me can climb out of a trench this big! My parents must be freaking out! What if they start a search party for me only to die?! If they do die, it would be all my fault for getting into this mess! Oh no, where did Ari go? They must be thinking. I have homesickness. Guys, turn away from the diary, because I think I'm gonna hurl. And that is hurl! Ugh! Ew!
