George was an awkward Giraffe. He didn't like to walk because his legs were too long. He didn't like to dance because he was too tall. And George especially didn't like talking to the other animals because he had to bend way down to hear them.

All of the other animals would beg George to come play hide-and-seek with them. But George was awkward. He would complain that his legs were too long and he was too tall to hide.

"I'm big too! I still have fun!" said Tina the Elephant.

"But you're not as brightly colored as me." Said George.

"But your hooves don't make sound when you walk as mine do," said George.

"I'm brightly colored, and I still have fun!" said Eernie the lion.
