Driscilla Flyer is a butterfly who lives in the perfect tree town of Flutterby.

A tree town filled with the most beautiful butterflies anyone has ever seen!

But there is only one terrible, horrible problem in the whole perfect town.

She has no friends and everyone makes fun of her. Driscilla spends her days crying on mushrooms and dirt and leaves.

She cries because she knows she is not perfect.

One day, Driscilla decides to talk with the Butterfly Monarch and ask for a new pair of wings.

Unfortunately, he says there is nothing he can do.

Please help, King Monarch!

Driscilla flies through the forest to find somewhere to cry. As her tears well up in her eyes. She flies until she eventually finds a flower to rest on top of.

Soon, a little ladybug takes notice to Driscilla's crying and asks her what is wrong.

Driscilla explains through sobs.

"But your wings are so, so pretty!" says the Ladybug.

" I do! But I'll bring you to the Ladybug Empress. Maybe she can do something about it!"
