BASKETBALL GAME!” his mom shouted as they got in the car.
Steffen and his family rushed to his game. Steffen sprinted to
the team before his game started. He was just in time.
“Now announcing Steffen Martin."
BANG! BANG! BANG! The court rumbled as Steffen was
running down the floor ready to play as everybody cheered for
him.

“Martin gets the tip and catches the pass then he puts
the layup in”
said the announcer. Steffen's team lost 45 to 67.
“Nice game Steffen!” his mom said.
They drove home. Steffen asked can we go to a sports
bar at the Boston Harbor to watch the Bruin's
game.“Wait” his mother said
“we have a Saint Patrick's Day party to go to.”
“What! It's Sunday not Tuesday”.

“Do you want to come honey?”
“No I am fine.”
"That’s okay" Mom said
“I am going to watch the Bruins game.”
“Okay bye honey. Love you.” Mom said. When his parents
left he turned on the Bruins game.
" LET’S GO BRUINS! LET’S GO BRUINS!" “Yay nice goal
Chara.” I am tired and I need to go to bed. “And Nicolas

The next day .“Mom, I need to go to the doctor's office I
really hurt my leg, I might have broken it” Said Steffen.
“Well, let's go to the doctor's office.” His mom said.
“Steffen Martin for x-rays please.”
“Mrs. Martin your son has broken his leg. He will be out
for the rest of the regular season,” said the doctor.
“What”! Will I be able to play in the playoffs?
“Yes, you will play in the playoffs.” “Honey today is your
second game. Do you want to go and watch your team
play”?
“ No, let’s go to the All-Star game” blurted Steffen.
