This is poor Jack, he lost his job
as a lumber jack and is now homeless.
The only other home he knows is the
forest. Jack took all the things he
could carry in his hobo sack which
were his favorite things. These are:
marshmallows, graham crackers,
chocolate bars, some matches, a
little bit of water, and that is it!
With that Jack took off into the
forest with his only weapon, his
trusty axe.

Out of no where Jack suddenly sees a gigantic,
hungry bear. Due to Jack's lumberjack training
he knows that there is no such thing as a nice
bear unless he is hibernating. Jack frightened
dropped his hobo sack and held tight to his
trusty axe as the bear approached. As Jack
was just about to strike him the bear said, "Hi,
would you like to come get warm and sit by my
cozy fire?" Jack was shocked. He had never
seen a talking bear before. He gathered his
things and followed the bear to the campfire.

As they were sitting by the campfire getting
warm, the bear spoke to Jack again and asked
him politely, "What is in your hobo sack?" Jack
replied, "Only my favorite things." The bear
looked puzzled and asked, "What would that
be?" Jack looked even more puzzled that the
bear kept talking instead of trying to eat him
and replied, "marshmallows, graham crackers,
chocolate, matches, and a little bit of water."
The bear smiled and thought in his head.
"SMORES!!!!!!"

The bear had the yummy idea already in his head,
he just had to get Jack to agree. The bear asked
Jack if he wanted to make smores? Jack was
hungry and tired so he said, "Yes, what a great
idea!" So there sat Jack the unemployed
lumberjack, homeless with a talking bear eating
smores by the campfire he used to cut wood in.
The bear then asked Jack, "Why are you here all
alone?" Jack had to tell him the truth. He was
fired as a lumber jack and had no where else to
go.
