“You never really understand a person until you consider things from his
point of view... Until you climb inside of his skin and walk around in it.”
― Harper Lee, To Kill a Mockingbird
“Atticus said to Jem one day, "I’d rather you shot at tin cans in the backyard,
but I know you’ll go after birds. Shoot all the blue jays you want, if you can
hit ‘em, but remember it’s a sin to kill a mockingbird." That was the only
time I ever heard Atticus say it was a sin to do something, and I asked Miss
Maudie about it. "Your father’s right," she said. "Mockingbirds don’t do one
thing except make music for us to enjoy. They don’t eat up people’s gardens,
don’t nest in corn cribs, they don’t do one thing but sing their hearts out for
us. That’s why it’s a sin to kill a mockingbird.”

“Atticus, he was real nice."
"Most people are, Scout, when you finally see them.”
― Harper Lee, To Kill a Mockingbird

One day a bee like any other day had been flying
around in peace pollinating flowers.

But not to far across the field there was a little boy that
had been looking for a spot to eat his honey in peace
and looked out over the field until he had finally found
the perfect spot to sit and eat his jam in a meadow of
flowers, the same flowers that the bee was hovering
around.

so the little boy had sat down and started to eat his
honey when the bee had started to buzz around but
the little boy did not like the bee buzzing around.

so the little boy had started to swing his hands around
saying “go away bee go shoo shoo im trying to eat my
honey but you keep buzzing”

“oh i'm sorry ill be more quit then if that helps you eat
your honey” said the bee “no that won’t help at all ill
still be able to see you and i can’t eat my honey if i'm
watching you” said the little boy
