GIBANICA
CHEESE CAKE
Ingredients:
Dough:
• 400 g flour
• 1 whole egg
• 1 egg yolk
• half cube of yeast ( dissolved in a little water )
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1.5 to 2 dcl milk
• 0.5 dcl oil
• 1 vanilla sugar


Filling:
• 750 g cottage cheese
• 3 yolks
• 2 vanilla sugar
• Half of bio grated lemon peel
• 4 tablespoons sugar
• 1 sour cream ( 180g )

Procedure:
Dissolve yeast in a lukewarm water. Make a hole in the
flour and put the egg yolks, oil and dissolved yeast in it. At
the edge of the bowl put sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. First
stir gently with a fork , then use a spoon . Add milk to the
right density. Leave the dough to rise .

Meanwhile, prepare the cottage cheese filling.
Sprinkle a baking sheet with flour and with wheat grits .
Place the dough in the middle and leave it on the baking
tray to rise a little bit . Then spread the dough over the
baking tray , so that it looks over the edge. Put the
filling on the dough and fold or roll the edges.
Bake for approx. 30 minutes at 180°C .





POHORSKA OMLETAPOHORJE OMELETTE
Ingredients:
• 6 eggs
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 vanilla sugar
• 6 tablespoons flour
• 6 tablespoons milk
• grated lemon peel

Filling:
• 15 dag of blueberries or any other fruit
• 250 ml cream
• jam
• 5 g of powdered sugar.

PROCEDURE :
Whisk egg yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar
into foam, add the stiff egg whites,
lemon peal and flour. Mix it all
together.

From the dough for sponge cake make 6 omelettes
on a greased baking tray and bake them at 180
degrees till they turn yellow gold. From the dough

Fold them when they are still warm.
When they are chilled, coat them with
jam, whipped cream and sprinkle with
blueberries or other fruit. Fold the
omelette, decorate the edge with
whipped cream and sprinkle with sugar
powder.



PRAŽENO KISLO ZELJE Z MATEVŽEM IN PEČENICO
ROASTED SAUERKRAUT WITH MATEVŽ AND SAUSAGE
ROASTED SAUERKRAUT
Ingredients:
• 10 dag bacon
• 10 grams of onion
• 50 grams of sauerkraut
• Oil
• pepper
• salt
• bay leaf

Procedure:
Dissolve the pieces of chopped bacon and fry
the onion on it. If necessary, add a little oil. Mix
washed sauerkraut and pour the water on it.
Pour the water repeatedly and add the bay leaf,
pepper and salt. Cook for so long that the
cabbage softens.
