Once upon a time... there was a prince
and a princess. The princess was named
Kate and the prince was named James.
Everyday they would ride around the
kingdom on their horses.

They would go to the market, the sweet shops, and the
pond. One day James asked Kate to marry him. Of course
Kate said yes! They rode around the kingdom on their
horses to tell everyone. The whole kingdom was joyous
and celebrated for a whole week.

The next day Kate was grooming her majestic white horse, Bella,
when she asked, “Bella, do you think it's a good idea to marry
James?”
Bella responded, “Why wouldn't’t it be?”
“I just don't know if he's the one for me but i don't want to let
down the whole kingdom.” That night Kate went to bed with an
unsettling feeling in her stomach.

A week before the wedding a new prince moved into town, his
name was Ryder. Ryder owned lots of land and horses, and he had
lots of gold.

The morning before the wedding Kate was in the fields picking
flowers for the ceremony. Ryder saw Kate from afar and
approached her.

Ryder thought Kate was the most beautiful princess in all the lands. Ryder
walked up to Kate and said, “You are the most beautiful princess I’ve ever
seen.”
Kate blushed and responded, “That is so sweet of you!”
“I am prince Ryder nice to meet you”
“Prince Ryder!? i've heard so much about you! I am Princess Kate.” Prince
Ryder and Princess Kate rode together on horses and talked until the sun went
down.

Right as the sun was setting Prince Ryder got down on one knee
and asked, “My I have your hand in marriage?”
Princess Kate hesitantly responded, “Yes!”

The princess went into town to meet her friends for dinner. She told them all
about Prince Ryder and how it was love at first sight. She told them what
they did all day and how she never felt this way with Prince James. Her
friends were shocked and mad at her for doing this to Prince James.

The next day the princess was wondering if she was making the right choice.
She remembered how she felt when she met Prince Ryder and knew it was
meant to be. The morning of the wedding she sent one of her messengers to
give a note to Prince James.

The note explained her choice to be with prince Ryder and to cancel the
wedding. Prince James was shocked and heartbroken that she would do this
to him. The whole kingdom was outraged.
