Alex Holmes a 18 year old, had just moved out of her
parents house in Portland Oregon, she needed a house to live
in, so she found a flier for a house on sale. She
dialed the number just to find a old lady at the other end
of the phone.
They started talking, and they set up to meet at the gas
station a few miles from where they were.
Once Alex got there she looked for the woman, but she was
no where to be found, she waited to see if she was going to
come and then she saw a black van pull in and a old woman
got out, she wore a red head with no teeth nor hair, just a
bandanna on her head and old fashion Victorian cloths.
She walked up to Alex and said "Hi, I'm Josie, the former
owner of the house."said Josie then she continued,"Beware
this house my dear therefore a curse has been upon it for

thousands of years my dear so if you known what that house shall
have lurking in the shadows ye shall not be buying this house."
josie warned, Alex was confused by what she just said, but she still
wasn't going to give up her first house to some nonsense, so she
still proceeded to buy the house.
After the purchase was made she followed the woman to the
house. When they got there they took a tour of the house, "What a
big house!" Alex exclaimed, "Yeah I loved this house, but ever
since "It" came around its been quite terrifying." Josie said with a
grim voice.
Alex was concerned about whatever she was talking about but she
just ignored it, but still deep down inside she had to know what
caused her to say that, so she said "What do you mean by "It?"
Alex asked in concern. " I'm sorry but you would never
understand."Josie sighed."Um, okay." Alex replied
When Josie left Alex started getting settled in.

By the time the day was over Alex was settled in.
"Good thing i brought my old bed." Alex said sarcastically to
herself.
Alex was proud of herself, and so would her parents will be to.
Just then she remembered her parents. "Oh no i forgot to call my
parents!" Alex exclaimed to herself, she ran to the living room
she grabbed the phone and turned it on as quickly as she could,
when she turned it on there was a message, and it said she had 3
missed calls from her parents.
She called her parents, ( Joseph and Mackenzie) "Hi mom hi
dad." She stumbled, trying to miss the fact she forgot about
them.
"We were worried about you Alex!"Her parents said in a very
stern voice, "I know, i know i just forgot to call you guys, oh and
i found a cabin, its in the woods," Alex said cheerfully "But its nice
for a cabin!"
"Good we hope you get settled in soon, its about to be night."
Then her parents continued

Alex's Living Room, kitchen and bedroom.

"Send us some pictures of your new house." Her parents said,
"Ok" Alex replied. Alex started taking pictures of her house
and emailing them to her parents so they could see it then
again, they were in Oregon and she was in Tennessee.
She wished they could visit but they cant because there
broke, Alex was disappointed about that but, at least she
could talk to them on the phone.

That Night
When Alex got ready for bed she heard a thump.
She went down stairs to see a burned cross sticking out of
the wall. "How did this get here?" Alex thought, then she
heard a child laugh upstairs were it seemed like it was
coming from her bedroom.
"Whats going on!" Alex yelled, "Who's up there!" Alex yelled
again, but then the giggling stopped and Alex went to her
room, but she didn't see anything.
Alex started thinking that thing Josie mentioned earlier, "It
cant be haunted ghosts don't even exist they just, cant." Alex
thought in her head, but maybe, she thought again and
yelled, "If there's anyone here, show yourself!" Alex yelled

Then a mist fog like the height of a child walked in front of
her with glowing red eyes, Alex stared at it
paralyzed with fear, as it was beginning to speak,"Why have
you come to my domain!" it said in a devil like voice.
Alex was now about to run in fear away from this scary
cabin back to her parents, her friends and her family, when it
said, "Hi, my names Katelyn, come play with me, forever.
" Katelyn the ghost said in a girly and child like voice, Alex
felt comforted in a weird way like she was in a dream, but
this dream was about to become a nightmare.
The child became a devil like figure and reached out to her to
try to grab Alex but Alex ran upstairs trying to get away from
the fowl beast, it had claws, sharp teeth, and red eyes. "Josie
was right, i should have never bought this house!" She
screamed
