For this weeks book investigation i decided to do a picturebook i did a picture book because it seemed really fun.I made it
online. I chose to do this because the book had a really
good lesson and it shouldn't just be for people who can read
chapter books it should be for people of all ages.
This book was published in Kanzas printer.For her Final book
investigation before the winter breaks. The girls in this book are from the
tv show Girl Meets World.The blonde girl is Alexis and the brown
haired girl is Katelyn.

There was a girl named Alexis who
had a girl in her class that didn't
have many friends. Her name was
Katelyn and everyone made fun of
her. She didn't even know why.She
seemed like a pretty nice girl to
Alexis. So one day Alexis went over
to Katelyn at recess and played
with her. She was actually really
nice!
But once Alexis started hanging
out with her a lot. She noticed
that Katelyn lied a lot.She said
she once rode a lion, survived
a plane crash and she also said
she went skydiving.She started
to double think about being her
friend.
Alexis was going to tell Katelyn
how she felt . But Katelyn
already looked sad when she
came into class she said it was
her birthday in 2 days and her
family all went away for a
business trip and are going to
miss her birthday. Alexis felt
really bad so she didn't tell her
what she was going to tell her.
Since Alexis felt bad for Katelyn she threw her a
surprise birthday party. After the party was
over Alexis called Katelyn to see if she arrived
home safely. But when she called, Katelyn's
mom picked up. Alexis thought that she
probably got back from her business trip so she
asked how it went. Katelyn's mom told her she
never had a business trip. When Alexis
explained what Katelyn told her, her mom
apologized since it wasn't even Katelyn's
birthday after all she was just lying.
Alexis was heartbroken. She
spent all her allowance on the
birthday party that wasn't even
the actual day. So the next day
at school Alexis ignored
Katelyn the whole entire day.
At school the teacher assigned a
project that everybody dresses up like
a pioneer and brings in something the
pioneers used to use. But everyone had
to be in a group and come up with a
theme for the things they were bringing
in. Mr.Lively chose groups. And Alexis's
group was Sahel,Dave and KAETLYN.
