Hi!   My name is Michael and I am a pirate!   The 

name of my ship is The Flying Dragon.   It is a 

special pirate ship because it is magical.   I am 

going to set sail today to find some treasure.  

Would you like to come sail with me on my pirate 

ship and help me find the treasure?    You do?   

YEAH!   Come aboard Matey!   Let's go!

Let me show you around The Flying Dragon.   This 

is below the deck of the ship where I sleep, eat 

and work on my treasure maps.

I also have a pet bird who is my best friend.   His 

name is Sam.    He loves to fly around the ship and 

help me find treasure.   His favorite thing to do is to 

watch the dolphins.    Do you see any dolphins?   If 

you do, tell Sam you see them!

This is the deck of The Flying Dragon.    The 

Captain's Wheel is what I use to steer the ship.  

Sam likes to sit on the railing of the ship and 

watch the dolphins.   Today there are dolphins in 

the ocean.   Do you see the dolphins?   How many 

are there?

Do you see Sam watching the Dolphins?   Say hi to 

Sam.   He loves when people come along on our 

treasure hunts and talk to him.

Are you ready to set sail with Sam and me and find 

some treasure?   YEAH! Me too!   Now first, I must 

have you help me ready the ship to sail.  

Remember, this is a magical pirate ship and The 

Flying Dragon does just that.   It flies!   Hold on!

Count to three with me and on three, say Flying 

Dragon and The Flying Dragon will set sail.   Ready?  

One, two, three!   FLYING DRAGON!

And away we go! I told you The Flying Dragon was 

magical and YOU made the pirate ship fly! YEAH!  

Now it is very important that you hold on as we sail 

through the sky.   You are very brave and such a 

good pirate.   That's right!   You are a pirate as you 

are now flying on The Flying Dragon and searching 

for treasure!  

You are going to need a telescope to see ahead.  

Here is your telescope.   Use it to look for the 

treasure!
