Not long ago, there was a leopard who was just born. While the mother was nurturing the cub, the father was protecting his family from humans who want to kidnap them, and keep them as pets.

RUN!

"RUN!" yelled the father. So the mom takes the cub in hopes that her husband will come back. She runs into the temperate forest, and because her fur matches her surroundings, she is able to hide in the grass

4 months have passed, and Akim, the amur leopard, and his mother have been living in hiding. Akim has been going to school and has made a friend. Akim and his best friend, Cillian the sika deer, live in the temperate forest. Where it's cold winters and hot summers.

In the temperate forest, there are a lot of animals that live there such as, brown bears, squirrels, and deer. But there are lots of deer in this environment, due to people kidnapping the leopards. So the leopards don't scare them away.

One day while wandering in the forest, Akim and Cillian stray off the path.

"Let's explore more!" says Akim. So both animals go further in the woods. They hear rustling in some bushes and see a little human boy.

The child runs away, and both Akim and Cillian follow him

Akim and Cillian confront the child and ask "Why are you here? Were you going to kidnap us?" The child looks surprised.

"No I was just looking at you" replies the boy.

"I'm trying to convince my father, a kidnapper, to stop kidnapping you. You and the environment have cultural purposes. Both are beautiful and you help control other animal populations."

Akim is excited so he runs back home to tell other animals. Once he explains to others, some animals are excited while others were sceptical.

The next day the child comes running to the animals' hiding spot. "My father realized that there are little leopards left in this forest. He also realized that you guys give this place an aesthetic or a beauty."says the child.
