My mom was thirty eight when she got pregnant with me. She was very scared that because of her age that I was gonna come out with a disorder of some sort. So because of that my mom had a exam called amniocentesis, this is where you find out all the things about the child by taking out fluid from the womb. But other than that my mom's pregnancy with me was a very calm pregnancy. The only time she worried about me was when she had a vaginal bleed, because she thought she had a miscarriage. My mom's pregnancy with me and my brothers was completely different. My mom had a hard time with both of my brothers.

The story behind my name, wasn't anything special. My dad just heard the name once, and like it a lot. My parents never thought in another name for me, because of the exam that my had let her know that I was gonna be a girl, so my dad right away thought of the name Hazel.

The day of my birth my mom spent five hours in labor, she started contracting the thirteen of march, around eleven pm. I was born on March fourteenth at five am. Both my mother and father were very happy, and pleased to have me. I weighed in at seven pounds and eleven ounces.

I was about six months old when my first tooth came out. I was about a little over a year, when I took my first step.

Brain Development Timeline

Puberty is an awkward phase during the age before adolescence, where the body starts to sexually mature. It starts to develop different features for each person. Puberty doesn't happen at any certain age, it different for each person. But it averages from 10-14 for girls, and from 12-16 for boys.

My first word was "Mami". I was about one year old when I said "Mami" for the first time.

Every time my mom said no to me, I would always say "Si, Si, pro favor." (Yes, Yes, Please.) The phase was just a way for me to try to convince my mom to let have or do what I wanted.

Telegraphic Speech is an early stage of speech where the child speaks in two words. Overgeneralization is where you proceed to conclude something with the most non specific facts. Overextension is used when child proceed to use an categorical term to identify something.

As a child I used all of these form of speech, but I used telegraphic speech the most. When I wanted to say that cows moo, I would just say "Cow moo". I used a lot of Overgeneralixation and Overextension too when I was started to learn things. For example for overgeneralization I used to think that an octopus was a fish, because it lived in the water. For overextension I used to call all animals puppy when I would see them, but my parents would correct me so I didn't use that one as much. I did not have any language barriers as a child.

I was about a year and six months when my mom taught me how to use the restroom. She said that I didn't have any troubles using it, she just told me that that where I needed to use the restroom, since the had already started to take my diaper away.

I was more attached with my dad. Because my dad was disabled, so he couldn't work. While my mom worked a lot, so I was spent a lot more time with my dad.
