This bookis dedicated to anyone of the an older age.
But it is mostlikely for adults to know nowadays they are frsutrated by few things could lead them to feel angry or any type of negative thoughts that would just let feel lost or unwanted or just ungrateful.
So, I truly encourage few kids or adults as well to read.
And to think that you may have few things on the inside that you need t let go of. You may have made the other angry but yourself hurt.
