He was so relieved that she said yes that he fled off without a proper goodbye.
"She said yes!"
He hollered down the streets to his house. He took out his phone to tell his good friend the awesome news.
Unexpectedly, he wasn't watching where he was walking, since he was on the phone, and slipped on a object in the road.

When he looked down at his feet , he noticed a glowing blue bottle that was safely unbroken. He lifted the bottle up carefully and read the label:
Rare Medicines.
He was a little curious for the name, so he carried the bottle to his lab at home to experiment on it.

By adding a few ingredients into the mix, he was successfully able to make a working medicine. This was incredible, indeed, but he was missing a subject to test the new concoction on. Without a further ado, he gulped down the liquid and wished for the best.

For a minute, no side effects took place. It was a euphoric moment of grief, until a sharp pain started at Henry's stomach. As he fell onto the floor, his hair grew into a red haze and his eyes turned blood red. When he arose, he felt very different about himself. Likewise to feeling like he wasn't in the right mind, the right body in fact.

When the new pain settled in, he rose to the mirror to stare at the new being in front of him.
"Is this me? Who am I? Who's body is this?"
He started to freak out.
He looked nothing like the old him.
"Am I a new person?"
He pondered.
As he speculated about his appearance, he came up with his new person's name: Edward Hyde. Once he gathered his senses, he leaped out the door and busted it on the way down the steps.
