The Princess And The Golden Ball

Once there was a beautiful princess who lived with her father in a huge palace.Although the princess was very beautiful she was also very selfish.The princess always got her own way but the king was often very disappointed with his daughter.He was worried that she would grow into a selfish woman and that she would not be a good example to his people.

One day the princess was playing in the gardens of the palace.She was playing with her favorite possession in the whole world a golden ball.The princess loved the golden ball because it is so shiny and she can see her reflection upon its surface.She also loved the golden ball because it was very valuable.

She would always throw it in the air and it would become her own sun to her and no one else.That That night she went to sleep in her big pink bed, when she woke up to go play with her golden ball.Oh no! The poor little princess had lost her favorite golden ball! She looked everywhere and could not find it.Then she came along to a small green frog and asked him did u see a small golden ball? The frog had no idea but he made a deal with a princess. If he would go in the pond and find the princesses golden ball she would have to take him to the palace for him to live with her.The princess accepted the deal.

The frog hopped in the pond and came out with a golden ball in his mouth.The frog dropped the golden ball on the princess feet.The princess picked it up and left and totally forgot about the frog and ignored him as he was screaming COME BACK! WAIT FOR ME! The princess was so happy she did not care about the frog.She went home and sat at the table for dinner.Then she heard a knock on the door.It was the frog! She yelled at the frog and said GET OUT! Then her father stopped her and the frog explained why he was at the palace.The king let the poor frog in and the princess learned her lesson.Do not say you will do something when you will not.
