once upan a time there lived a girl whose name is cinderella. her mother is dead and she lived with her farher her stepmpther and two sisters her stepmother and stepsisiters were unkind to little cinderella they MADE HER STAY among the pots and kettles inthe kitchen and she lay down among the cinders that is why her name was cinderella she worked very hard in the kitchen and she did all the hard work about the house too one day her stepsisiters came dancing into the house there will be a ball in the kings palace they cried balls day two sisters drowe away in their silk dress

poor cinderella who stayed at home looked at home looked at her old clothes and began to cry why i must stay in the kitchen with my old clothes while my sisters are dressed in silk? suddenly she saw a little old woman who stood at the door with golden wand in her hand my child she said i am your grodmother i know you wish to go to ball then she said first go into the garden and bring me the largest pumkin that you can find cinderella went into the garden ad brought the largest pumkin that she could find the fairy touched the yellow pumkin with her golden wand. in a moment it was not a pumkin at all but yellow coach now bring me four white mice two small mice two big mice said the fairy when cinderella brought a trap full of mice into the room the fairy touched them with her golden wand in a moment the two large mice became two men one a coachman the other a footman but i cannot go to the ball in these old clothes said cinderella let me see said the fairy and she touched the girls head with her golden wand the old clothes fell on the floor in theirplace was a beautiful silk dress the ugly shoes fell of and tiny glass slippers were on cinderelas little feet you must not sytay after the clock strikes twelce says the fairy I leave the ball before midnight says cindereela and drowe away to the kings ball.

the kings son liked cinderella very nuch she was so beautiful that he danced only with her and with and with no one else . cinderella had such a good time that she forgot about the clock it began strike twelve- one two three cinderella ran out of the room as fast as she could. she flew down the stairs of the palace she run so fast that she lost one of her tiny glass slipper she ran out into the street and lo.. the coach had turned into a pumkin the horses and men had turned into mice poor cinderella walked home in her old clothes the prince found cinderellas little glass slipper on the stairs there is only one girl in all the world who can have so tiny a slipper said the prince i will marry her and no one else the prince looked far and wide for a girl who could put on thisslipper many girls tried but none could do it at last he came to the house where cinderella lived the two sistters triedand tried to put the tiny slipper on their large feet

while the prince waiting cinderella came into the room let ,,let me try it on'' she said ,,you'' cried the two sisters you could never put it on let her try it on said the prince cinerella took the tiny glass slipper and put it on her little foot then inderella stoop up her old clothes turned into a beautiful silk dress and there are two tiny glass slipper on her little feet and prince knew that cinderella was the girl he wanted to marry he took her hand and led her out to the coach soon they were married and they lived happily ever after
